August 8, 2021 4.0 Overall, the electronic signature software is a very important tool to have so that legal documents can be signed efficiently and with ease. Also, multiple documents can be signed at one time. Pros I like most how easy it is to use the software as well as the ease of electronically signing instead of using paper/pen. Cons I like least that not all programs are free to users. As a signature is required for almost all legal documents. Review Source CW Chryste W. It is an easy to use, simple and without unnecessary complex points tool so for the scope of my business it was working great. I have now moved to a much larger company where we use DocuSign, where the extra features are needed, but eSign is doing the main job just as fine. Pros Easy to use, seamless signing procedures and very competitive price! So it's not like went from old school non-digital to digital. But we may as well have. The older system was too confusing, too clunky, required too many parts (server, players, licenses, software to schedule, software to design, software to play). eSign does it all from one interface. Much easier to design your content, schedule your content, and play your content. Our Marketing and Exhibits folks loved the switch over to this system. Price-wise, this worked out better, too (older system had too many parts). Pros Features! It has many. Want one screen? Two? Three? This lets us run up to 10 screens from one system! Videos and pictures. It let's us do a lot. We created a video wall using this software. A Gulf of Mexico beach scene, welcoming our guests into our facility. We can schedule content, we can change what content plays. It's really amazing software. Cons Average users do not like using it. For us, it takes more power users to run this. But we've got staff dedicated to graphics and signage, so it hasn't been an issue for us. Reason for choosing eSign eSign was recommended to us, and we saw how it worked. CFO Hospital & Health Care Used the software for: 2+ years ### "eSign Makes My Life Easier" December 18, 2019 5.0 We wanted to add some displays that cycle through some videos so that we could show our visitors our staff, what we do, how we help them. The results have been positive. Rather than showing a TV show in the lobby, guests can see info about us and our company. We feel it's really worked out for us. Pros I'm not a power user by any means, and eSign is extremely easy for me to use! First, I am the CFO of our company, and this software was recommended to me by a friend. I was afraid it'd be too complicated for me, but it turned out it was not. After I learned how to do what we needed, it is a breeze to change out our content. I don't make the content, but since our office staff is extremely small (the bulk of our employees do not work in the office setting) I thought maybe I could be the one to update our content. So far so good. Cons Too many features. I feel like we aren't using it to the best of it's abilities. I update video content periodically, and this runs two screens in our lobby/waiting area. I have used many programs like this including Docu Sign and have never had issues. Pros Very straight forward and user friendly software. Simple to navigate as the administrator, and simple to figure out as the signer who has never used before. Inexpensive compared to many other electronic signing systems. Cons No complaints when it came to eSign. There isn’t anything I would change about it. And the order of review and approval is defined as well. eSign allows the import of various document types, defined the signature fields, and then use email to route the document for signature. This has saved paper and time for document signatures. Pros The ability to take a document, import, create signature/approval fields and dates, and then electronically route for review and digital signatures. Cons At first, took a bit of trial and error to get things to work correctly and line up on documents, ordering of routing for review and approvals wasn't initially intuitive.
