It is required some time for new users to work on this application. Pros Spreadsheet data input method makes me to input data easier initially and navigator feature makes data analysis quicker. We can view the input data and multiple analysis in one window. Additionally we can easily share the analysis to another application in a click. Cons It was hard to work on the application in early time but the interface is simple to quick learn. Lack of plotting options available to plot large graphs and faced some difficulty to get hard copies. It also allows you to have your data in decent charts. Pros is very easy to use and has a lot functions that suit everybody. I have been using it since I was at college due for its simplicity. I used it mostly for comparing drugs efficacy using the Student-T test. Importing as exporting data is also great with Minitab and generating reports is quite simple. I like the function of regression analysis and clustering analysis, which were useful for my students to look into the trends and patterns of the data. Cons The graph function can be improved. My students were trying to insert some labels to a summary graph out of the regression and clustering, but found it was difficult to "custom-make" labels for presentation purpose.
