Pros

We can access the same calendar from all four of our office locations. The ease and simplicity of filing insurance claims, scheduling, and billing is great.

Cons

There really isn't anything that we are not happy with.

Excellent!

Pros

Easy to use. Billing gets done quickly. The page is very intuitive and easy to find things.

Cons

None for me. I used to hate billing and wait weeks or months to do it. Now I bill weekly.

Setup is a nightmare and customer service is terrible

Therabill is easy to complete session notes, scheduling, and to complete billing

Cons

Therabill at times will "stop running scripts" which means that I have to log out and then back in to complete my tasks
