Pros: I am not good with computers and this to me was very easy to learn and I feel it is user friendly. Easy to Navigate

Cons: Some of the questions need an option to type something other than what is provided as health care is not black and white. I find on some of the questions I have to choose and answer even if it is not applicable in order to finish the assessment and complete my work.

I have been using HCP since 2010 and feel it has really helped us grow our business.

Comments: My biggest challenge is being able to take advantage of all the information that is provided in the surveys. I like the dashboard and I am learning how to use the reports to share the information with my team.

Pros: I really like the Vantage Program!!! I have found the webinars to be very informative. I really like the new dashboard.

Cons: The frustration we are having with corrections that HCP is identifying on your end but do not seem to be an issue on our end. Not sure what the disconnect is. We are going to send out the letters to our clients and caregivers to see if it helps.

Pros: I like the fact that scheduling, keeping track of visits, documentation sign-offs and messaging are what I wished for. The family portal however makes the entire system more effective and having it in writing from and to family members keeps everyone on track.

Cons: I would like family caregiver education modules for education and tutorials included in future editions of the software. With many clients using home health as an adjunct to a primary family caregiver / or multiple family members taking on specific caregiving tasks like medication management the ability to see where they are in understanding and completing tasks covers all the bases. We cannot assume that informal family caregivers have the same level of expertise or knowledge base - being able to invite them into a system to document what they do and what they know is a win for the patient.

I used Home Care as a case manager and felt it was easy to use, a complete assessment tool and quick.

Pros: The format is easy to navigate. The narrative options and the ability to review your charting before sending.

Pros: Over-all functionality is great. We are able to use this product for all day to day business activities.

Cons: Does not allow us to customize as much as we would like. The reporting functions are not user friendly.

Pros: The relevance of content for my business and the trends that occur in our industry.

Cons: Quit with all the retail talk, do you not think that if retail was so great that the big boys such as Apria and Lincare would be jumping in with both feet?

I have never had any issues using this product.

Pros: I have been using this product for a little over two years now and have never really had any issues with it. When i first got introduced to this product when i started a new Job at MCHC I pretty much had to learn the ins and outs on my own and it was pretty easy to do so. I think that the best thing about this product is that it is self explanatory. Very user friendly.

Cons: I'm not too sure that there is anything really that I dislike about this product. I suppose if I had to choose something it is the lack of communication via e-mail about changes that are frequently done to the product. Up Grades. The upgrades most of the time are necessary and very well done however I don't remember getting any e-mails saying that they are upgrading it. I guess it would be nice to know when I log on what is going to be different and when.

Pros: I found that the program was easier to learn than expected. It also loads well and quickly which is important.

Cons: The program sometimes will not start and I have to call tech support to fix it. There are a few different ways to enter info so sometimes you have to do some looking to find what you need.

Pros: Overall I'd say that this product is extremely easy to use. The customer support is great which makes it even better overall.

Cons: Like most things, there was a learning curve for me here. It takes a little adjusting to get used to which if you're short on patience might be a bigger con.
