Very positive! No concerns and plan on continuing to use TotalMD.

Pros

Easy to use! User friendly, love that we can be at different facilities and be able to access. Love that we can access the database at any time!

Cons

It has to be installed on a computer so we cannot log in from any computer. It would also be amazing if we could log in on a macbook. I would also love a feature where I could print off a claim history for a client - like a zero statement but with all claims, even those we are waiting on remittance for. It is also challenging that once an invoice has been sent we cannot send a statement showing every claim and payment until the following month.

Reasons for choosing TotalMD

I can unequivocally give TotalMD five star ratings for value, functionality and customer service. The program is technically brilliant with it's intuitive ease of use and screen layout. In addition, it is loaded with advance features that makes our office function efficiently. The custom reports have been invaluable to our practice with the ability to easily extract any data that we can think of. And finally the technical support is great! Unlike many companies now days, their tech support is a real person (in the United States), easily reachable with expert knowledge. 5 stars all the way around!
