Pros I particularly like the respsonse of staff to any issues, functionality, value, electronic prescriptions, accuracy Cons In the 15+ years that I have used RXNT, I have not found anything that I dislike about the product during that time. I have had to contact customer service in the past and they were excellent to deal with. Pros This product is efficient and easy to use. I am not tech savvy and I have no issues using this product. Cons Sometimes I have several scripts completed and need to go back to refill another med from their list before submitting them but if I go back I lose scripts written. I have learned an easy work around to this issue I have. Pros The ease of the website to find medications, patients, and pharmacies. To be able to save my favorite custom prescriptions I like to use. Cons Adding the patient information and it goes away instead of popping up but very minor problem. Extra steps leave room for error.
