Pros

What I liked most about RXNT was its user-friendly and the ability to manage patient records and clinical workflows in one place. It helped streamline daily tasks, reduce paperwork, and improve overall efficiency in the healthcare setting.

Cons

One thing I liked least about RXNT is that some features can be slow or require multiple steps to complete routine tasks. The interface can sometimes feel less intuitive, making it difficult to navigate certain sections efficiently. Occasional system glitches or delays can also interrupt workflow and take extra time away from patient care. Additionally, some features could offer more customization to better fit different office needs. While RXNT provides useful tools for managing patient records and prescriptions, improving system speed, simplifying navigation, and making the platform more flexible would create a smoother and more efficient user experience overall.

A very positive experience. I do not pay for the service, my company does, but I am satisfied with my experience and would choose this if given the option.

Pros

Ease of use in navigating the platform, customer service is always exceptional, response from support is prompt with any issue.

Cons

There is nothing that I don't like about RXNT. It is a very user friendly EMR, also the app works very well when I am not at my desktop.

It’s been great! We’ve been using it for 3 years now and we’ve never had any major issues with rxnt!

Pros

It’s quick and easy to sign medications. It’s an app on my phone that makes it very convenient. It has photo verification which is nice.

Cons

The log in process I have to log in twice essentially to get the medications. Sometimes it has hard time recognizing photo.

RXNT has been awesome with training and help when needed. It keeps our records orderly and flowing. Love that patients can make payments online.

Pros

I have used RXNT for a couple of years now. I use several different EHR and RXNT is by far my favorite. The customer support is outstanding! The application itself is very secure, easy to use and ensures patient records and patient managment are complete. I always recommend to new clients!!

Cons

There truely is nothing I dislike about RXNT. I have had no issues and I have used for a few years..

This is the best electronic prescription service that I have used in the past 15 years - it is responsive in regard to scheduled prescriptions and new medications.

Pros

I particularly like the respsonse of staff to any issues, functionality, value, electronic prescriptions, accuracy

Cons

In the 15+ years that I have used RXNT, I have not found anything that I dislike about the product during that time.

Overall this is a great product and I highly recommend it. I have had to contact customer service in the past and they were excellent to deal with.

Pros

This product is efficient and easy to use. I am not tech savvy and I have no issues using this product.

Cons

Sometimes I have several scripts completed and need to go back to refill another med from their list before submitting them but if I go back I lose scripts written. I have learned an easy work around to this issue I have.

Overall, my experience with RXNT has been nothing short of great. System is user friendly and provides easy access to patient records in a timely manner. I have not experienced any significant issues.

Pros

What I enjoy most about RXNT is how easily accessible it is to view patient records and the security code needed to access RXNT in general. I also appreciate that I am able to view which pharmacy is being utilized to refill/ send new scripts as well, to aid in helping the patient identify which pharmacy (myself as well) is being used to refill medications. The pharmacy listed also includes the phone number, and pharmacy location, which is convenient.

Cons

What I like least about RXNT is that patients are often times listed more than once in the system, resulting in duplicate entries. This can make it time-consuming to determine which entry is the most up to date and ensure I am working with the correct patient information.

We have used RxNT for years and it has made prescribing, documenting in the EMR and refills much easier to manage.

Pros

Having an electronic way to to write prescriptions that is integrated with our EMR is convenient and a time saver.

Cons

Accessing RxNT without linking from the EMR does take some extra steps to verify the login and can be a little of a hassle, but the extra security measures are understandable.
