### "The nightmare that wasn't"

I have been a psychiatrist for over 30 years. I still write my session notes in longhand and do not store records on a computer but in a filing cabinet under lock and key. So when the state passed the law that I have to use electronic scripts, I expected a nightmare. The nightmare did not materialize. Initial set up was not the easiest, but then I am not computer savvy. Once the set up was completed and I learned the ins and outs of the process, I am delighted to have this! It is easier to renew scripts, easier to track prescriptions, and it definitely decreases the chances of an erroneous prescription. Safety increased! Documentation improved! Less time is spent renewing prescriptions as I no longer need to call in the scripts.

Pros

Once I learned it, it is a piece of cake.

Cons

Some aspects are not intuitive, but that's me. Help was easily accessible and helpful.

### "DISSAPOINTED WITH CURRENT SERVICE "

Use to be very good. Presently is very poor.

Pros

Use to be a very good company but not anymore.

Cons

1.- Comunication is very poor. 2.- Very rigid when you request anything 3.- I travel a lot and the control system that they have now does not work for me 4.- They substitute the flexible tolken bu a restricted system that does not work outside the Country. 5.- They charge excessive for including a Nurse Practitioner that help me putting the Rx. 6.- They suspended the service without previous notice affecting my patients and not because me. 7.- Allows any change only when you sign a new agreement. I could not include a Nurse Practitioner when I needed.

Our software is collaborative and requires an active role from clients for effective and smooth operations. Regarding suspended services and the restricted token process, notifications were sent via email and upon login to your RXNT account months in advance, notifying customers of upcoming required DEA updates. Timely completion of the required steps was firmly the practice’s responsibility to prevent disruption. Prescribers who are sending medications to a US-based pharmacy for a patient with a US-based address will be able to prescribe internationally using a live authenticator as long as they have WiFi or cellular access. We have many customers who utilize RXNT in this way. My experience has been very good. The training was easy to understand and easy to implement. RXNT is making my job more efficient and saves me a lot of time for other tasks.

Pros

I love having everything in one place. Being able to take payments without going to another site is very time saving. I also thing the patient reminder information is very helpful. RXNT has made my job much easier and streamlined.

Cons

I would like the notes to be all in one place. To have to go thru schedule, EMR, and billing to find where the note was made to make changes or delete it is time consuming.

Overall experience is great! I am really happy with my selection of RXNT. From the first inquiry, to setting up my practice on the site, I felt supported and not rushed or stressed. I uploaded my logo no problem, my trainer helped set up my schedule, forms and EMR notes templates. There are endless templates so you are sure to find one that suits your needs, from simple SOAP forms to more complex and detailed templates.

Pros

I chose RXNT as a comprehensive solution for patient medical records, scheduling, billing and eprescriptions. I had been using paper charts and prescriptions, a real dinosaur! The module I use the most and like the best is the eprescription, including controlled substances. It was easy to set up, the company and affiliates walked me through it. There is even an app for e prescriptions. It worked flawlessly even while oversees on vacation. I did a controlled substance refill from a Starbucks in Japan! My patients love it, I feel in control of my practice and prescriptions. The scheduling module is a breeze, adding patients to the schedule is straightforward. I have not implemented the billing module, it feels a bit much for me in sole practice to do the accounting and posting of payments myself. I'm sure it's easy once you get the hang of it. My trainer, \[sensitive content hidden\] is just fantastic. Really the best, patient, personable, and available. The whole team at RXNT is responsive, positive, and encouraging. I am really happy with my decision to go with RXNT which came highly recommended and reviewed on multiple sites.

Cons

Nothing to dislike. I spent a weekend inputting cases. I found out it is more comprehensive to add patients and details through the scheduling module not the EMR module.

### "The best prescription platform "

Overall I would not use another platform. I have used RXNT for close to 8 years and it is my favorite prescription platform.

Pros

RXNT is quite easy to use. You can alter the prescriptions to fit what you need which is not possible with other platforms I have used. I rarely encounter trouble recalling prescriptions if needed and I receive refill request without issues too.

Cons

It can be hard to reach someone quickly if you need assistance. Typically when I have needed customer service it is because I need them while trying to send in a prescription for a patient but it can be hard to reach someone right then.

I think RxNT works well most times. But once in a patient's chart, it is difficult to navigate and view prescriptions.

Pros

I like that it is a convenient way to send patient prescriptions and it is easily accessible from my browser

Cons

I do not like how difficult it is to navigate a patient's chart and that I need separate accounts if I am working in different clinics.

### "Finally a EHR that actually automates "Front and Back Billing" "

I love RXNT. It is very time saving for the backend biller and payment poster. RXNT is far better than any EHR I have worked in.

Pros

The many automations. From posting payments to the ease of creating claims. Payments from payers is so much faster and billing and posting patient payments is the easiest I have ever used.

Cons

Not being able to review a rejection without going into the claim. I prefer a rejection bucket with the actual rejection to work.

Overall, this has a good system for us after learning how to effectively use it and working out the kinks in the beginning.

Pros

This system is very affordable and easy to use once you learn it. It is very easy to enter a new patient in the system and completing the required fields. When I have had to call customer support, she was very responsive, helpful, and said she would take my suggestion back to the team.

Cons

The initial training for the platform was not the best. We were expecting more from it. With any new system and never have seen the screens before, it was a bit overwhelming. Now, of course, after being on it for a couple of years, we know how to navigate it.

RXNT has been a great EHR for my practice. The system is intuitive, easy to use, and includes everything I need without unnecessary complexity. It integrates well into my daily workflow and saves me a lot of time. Customer service has been prompt and responsive whenever I’ve needed support, which I really appreciate. Overall, I’ve been very satisfied with RXNT.

Pros

RXNT strikes a great balance between simplicity and functionality. It’s easy to navigate, fits naturally into my workflow, and provides all the essential tools I need. The customer service team is also very responsive, which makes a big difference.

Cons

Like most EHRs, there are occasional minor glitches or brief slowdowns, but these are not frequent and haven’t significantly impacted my workflow.

I rank this software very high overall compared to other billing and EHR software systems and the support as well as the chat process is very highly rated

The ease of use and the ability to work within the system without having to move from a lot of different screens. Your support staff is awesome and incredibly knowledgeable, I really appreciate that

Cons

1\. I think the billing processes are overall good but there is a lag time in processing as the day goes on. 2. posting payments has been slower lately. 3. need to indicate in the EHR what office you are in on the header. 4. please add the date of birth next to the patient on all screens. 5. Customized preferences do not always save as defaults, you have to keep selecting them. An example is the insurance payments screen. The payment amounts are way to the left and I have a customized view and select default but it never saves. When I go back into the screen it has reset. 6. Custom preferences are sometimes overwritten or do not save 7. In billing, if I save a claim from a different location other claims after it also default to that location. 8. Custom reports are difficult to create and are not as easy to create as they should be. Also, the options needed for custom reporting are not always available

Pros

RXNT has an amazing platform to be able to prescribe and coordinate with pharmacies and patients to keep all prescriptions orderly and hassle-free.

Cons

There was minimal support at times, but an overload of automatic emails to my inbox, which seemed unnecessary and became annoying.

Pros

It is so user-friendly and easy to navigate. If I ever had an issue, I could search for a training deck or chat with someone. Everyone was so friendly and easy to work with. The training was amazing.

I think the set up should be more streamlined and easier to complete.

Pros

Customization of the template. The copy of the desired template was submitted and it was implemented by RXNT team

Cons

Frequent outages, can not insert physical exam once the template is chosen, can not make “cpt cluster”. Can not loft template. The EMG TURNS OFF EVERY DAY AT 12.21 am and it has to be restarted. It does not save info instantaneously and on multiple occasions you need to retype what was typed before because it did not save info

Reason for choosing RXNT

It was an emergency after being hacked, we needed something “instantaneous”. The implementation of RXNT was available at the shortest time

Compared to a previous e-prescribing software, this one is much easier to navigate and has not given me almost any glitches or mishaps.

Cons

The version I'm using did not connect directly with my electronic health record. Also, sometimes a medicine prescription did not go through to the pharmacy, and it did not notify me directly about this; I had to check on another screen.

I have had a great experience, I love how easy it is to use and they are constantly improving.

Pros

I like how easy this program is to use. My favorite feature is integration with my current EMR program. It makes entering and verifying current medications very streamlined.

Cons

Sometimes I wish it was easier to see if there are new meds for a patient, similar to when medications are discontinued.
