### "Works great, until there's a problem that requires customer service."

April 13, 2026

2.0

Used it for years without a problem, but since they're been changing things to increase their cyber security, there's been problems and no customer service to resolve it. Now I have several days w/out being able to send prescriptions. I'm thinking of switching.

Pros

I have used it for many years without a problem. The program is very straight forward and intuitive.

Cons

Now that I do have a problem, customer service is absent. I've been calling since thursday (it's monday now) and I've had zero response. In fairness, there was one other time I had a problem about a month ago or so and their responsiveness was not great, but adequate. The problem did get resolved, I never received a call back, but I received emails.

Hi Jane, thanks for your feedback and for your trust in RXNT over the years. We're sorry to hear you’ve had issues sending prescriptions through the ERX system. As you stated, recent updates to our system have resulted in an increased volume of support tickets, and we assure you that our staff is working hard to address all of those tickets promptly and effectively. You can always check https://status.rxnt.com/ for updates on any ongoing system outages like this one. We are 100% committed to resolving all customer issues and hope to better meet your expectations in the future!

### "new to program"

January 5, 2026

just beginning but training with \[sensitive content hidden\] has been very helpful and supportive, choosing multiple encounters for a complete note is cumbersome.

Pros

ease, cost, built in billing and scheduling and patient portal, pre-made charting for basic notes, easy to add patient records and send for labs and pharmacy meds

Cons

Have to choose multiple forms to get the total note I want, unable to combine multiple forms into one encounter

We're sorry to hear that your experience with RXNT hasn’t met your expectations. We strive to meet the unique needs of every customer, and we will continue working to resolve any issues that may arise through the remainder of your agreement. Our software requires proper setup to facilitate effective & smooth operations. Certain technical requirements—such as using a supported browser—are essential for optimal performance. ### "THEY PUT PATIENTS AT RISK"

May 11, 2026

1.0

They suspended our service without any notification. We were unable even to see our appointments and medications for close to 2 weeks. Last year when weI wanted to change to another company they told me that I need to notify them over 60 days in advance. They send you from one to another person and nobody does anything to solve a situation. Even that they suppose to have a team to solve emergency situations, they do not care if the patient is unable to receive their medication for several days.

Pros

NOTHING! They use to be a good afordable company but is getting worse and worse and much more expensive.

Cons

Very poor Customer Service. Very poor communication. They do not provide an specific person responsible for the account.

Response from RXNT

May 13, 2026

Hi Marino, thanks for your feedback. We recognize that delays in medication delivery can negatively impact patient care, which we strive to avoid. As such, starting one month before a DEA expiration date, RXNT provides proactive alerts in customer accounts to update required information and maintain system access. RXNT requires 60 days' written notice of termination before a subscription’s renewal date, as outlined in our Terms of Service. In 2025, you requested cancellation and in 2026, your account was canceled accordingly. After your subsequent renewal request, we have worked hard to restore access to your account. However, DEA verification was required and can take time. Regarding pricing, every year we continue to invest in product enhancements, new features, and ongoing platform maintenance. To support these improvements and rising operational costs, we periodically adjust pricing. However, our E-Prescribing software pricing has increased by just $15 over the last decade.

### "One Great EMR! "

October 10, 2025

My overall experience with has been positive and convenient. It’s one of the best EHR/EMR’s that we have used! Lightyears ahead in the ease of access!

Pros

Cons

There’s not much to dislike. It’s simple, user friendly, and convenient. Our patient flow stays consistent.

### "RXNT is a great addition to my practice."

January 9, 2026

5.0

has been a great EHR for my practice. The system is intuitive, easy to use, and includes everything I need without unnecessary complexity. It integrates well into my daily workflow and saves me a lot of time. Customer service has been prompt and responsive whenever I’ve needed support, which I really appreciate. Overall, I’ve been very satisfied with RXNT.

Pros

strikes a great balance between simplicity and functionality. It’s easy to navigate, fits naturally into my workflow, and provides all the essential tools I need. The customer service team is also very responsive, which makes a big difference.

Cons

Like most EHRs, there are occasional minor glitches or brief slowdowns, but these are not frequent and haven’t significantly impacted my workflow.

### "On a positive track"

September 10, 2025

3.0

Positive for the most part. As I’ve been exploring the system, I’m seeing a lot of great things to use.

Pros

The customer support is great. For the most part, prescribing is easy. I really do love the controlled substance process. It appears that security is fine. I’m still working through the templates.

Cons

The new AI component. Realizing that it is a new part of the charting, it still needs to be more intuitive. It picks us and uses irrelevant information (especially what the patient says) part. Consistency is also not quite there. It’s like multiple people are collating the information obtained. I’m hoping it will get better as time passes.

### "Great product...as long as you don't need to use the Live ID 2-Factor Authentication"

October 7, 2025

4.0

Mostly happy. I use daily and rarely have problems. The issues I have had are usually when we do not "profile" patients in our E3 platform properly. I cannot stress enough how lousy the "Live ID" 2-FA is for controlled substances from a mobile device. It is not "live, " and often does not work.

Pros

Easy to register and manage new patients. Usually interfaces well with E3 Pro/Enclara that we use for home hospice patients.

Cons

The 2 factor authentication for the mobile platform. Live ID does not work well. Customer service does not seem to get the message, no matter how bluntly it is delivered.

### "Hooray for RXNT"

September 8, 2025

4.0

I've had positive experience so far. It's a user-friendly system that offers a robust atmosphere. I look forward to a deeper experience.

Pros

I like the ease of scheduling and patient follow up. The reports are easy to run, and we will be learning new ones once the other modules are purchased.

Cons

I don't have cons yet. We are going to be purchasing more modules in the very near future and my input of any cons may appear.

### "Pricing is mislabeled as Monthly. In reality you have to sign up for 1 year"

March 11, 2025

3.0

Was very good until we need to terminate contract

Pros

Pricing is misleading. It is not really a monthly payment as they advertise. However, if you can prepare for termination 2-3 months before renewal of YEARLY contract, the system is very easy to use

Cons

Pricing is misleading. When we tried to terminate our contract with 3.5 months in advance, we were told we had to finish paying for the entire year until it was time to renew contract

### "Excellent Program"

September 29, 2025

5.0

Very helpful staff, always there to go thru any issue with you and show you how to get through it. They explain it in easy terms.

Pros

The ease of the billing program. Everything flows very easily, from the coding to the cost of each item.

Cons

That you have to enter the insurance information seperately every time you enter a new patient. Explaination: If it is a child you have to enter the parent in before you can enter the child, even if the parent is not a client. Don't have any suggestions as to how to streamline it.

### "RXNT is the best!"

September 19, 2025

5.0

It makes my work more efficient, and I can quickly navigate to enter orders, including checking the status of pending and processed medications. It is more cost effective for my organization.

Pros

It's user friendly and the accessibility is awesome. I can search and navigate through my patients' records and customer support is readily available in the event I encounter any issues. I feel this platform is most secure and permits the privacy of handling patient sensitive documents.

Cons

I didn't find the functionality to be as easy and user friendly prior to the upgrades. It wasn't as seamless to navigate the patient management portal.

### "RXNT for prescribing"

September 8, 2025

5.0

Excellent! Easy to enter patient prescriptions, track prescriptions, refill prescriptions, and even cancel a prescription if needed.

Pros

is safe and secure, yet still easy to use after setup. Prescribing for patients is quick and efficient.

Cons

The initial setup takes a few minutes, but it is so worth it in the long run. Having a safe and secure prescribing program that is compliant is essential.

### "Abysmally Inadequate Support Staff For New Authentication Process"

December 16, 2024

3.0

There stance in this recent authentication process to me is medically dangerous as patients on controlled drugs who can't come off cold turkey must have had their Rx's delayed because of the absence of support staff to teach MD's to use new system. It strikes me as irresponsible if a business can be called irresponsible. And they are I the health care business.

Pros

When it is up and running it is comparatively easy to use.

Cons

100's or 1000's of MD's (according to their own customer service reps) have been left high and dry and unable to prescribe controlled meds because they rolled out a new DEA regulated new authentication process without hiring enough support staff so that I have literally spent hours and hours on hold trying to get a rep to help. The support staff is lovely but the process is a nightmare.

Thank you for the feedback! We’re sorry to hear that you’re having a less-than-stellar experience with the new processes and our support staff. This transition reflects our firm commitment to implementing the most effective and recommended security protocols. Our goal is to provide tools and resources that optimize workflows and enhance security for our users and their patients. This new process is designed to be completed by practices independently, with support from RXNT available if needed. We understand that new protocols can be challenging, and we worked hard to provide ample notice. Beginning with an email on September 18th, we sent 13 subsequent emails, text messages, and in-product notifications, and hosted webinars to ensure awareness and preparedness. ### "Paying for RXNT is Paying for a Software that Doesn't Work and Paying to Add Unnecessary Stress to Your Life "

December 5, 2024

1.0

Stressful and terrible on all fronts. Would not recommend to anyone.

Pros

The only good thing about is that it is cheaper than other options, but you get what you pay for because it is absolutely terrible.

Cons

Doesn't work for patients. Patients are more often than not not able to register for their portal or fill out paperwork. Software has lots of "bugs" that none of the employees never know how to fix. The billing software does not work. I have been using this software for over a year for my practice and they still have not been able to get it fully setup for me. Save yourself time and stress and don't use . Choose another software even if it is more expensive. I am in the process of switching now and wish I would have never started with this company in the first place.

### "Works the Way You Do."

September 16, 2025

4.0

So far, it has been relatively intuitive and easy to navigate. It feels very searchable. The layout is simple, open, and easy to interface with.

Pros

Patient records are easily accessible. Allows for personal customization to facilitate my personal workflow rather than requiring me to work according to a fixed workflow.

Cons

No cons at this point. Just started using it. I would not consider this an actual con, but I suggest the navigation buttons be placed above the individual record listings rather than on the left side. Just a personal preference, but not really a negative. One con which I'm sure you hear often is the ads at the bottom of the screen tend to slow my computer down. I will look into ways to get them removed as some point.
