### "Nice, complete package"

Pros

For the most part all the modules work well together and makes it easy to find information between the modules.

Cons

Reports and queries could have more options to choose from. I would also like to see the ability to show the insurance care in the billing module so that certain insurances could be billed out together by grouping them instead of opening up each one individually. Would also like the ability to change or delete the Park Encounters grouping names. Encounters from the EHR should not be allowed to be released when still in Draft form. Dx codes from the Encounter should all pull over to the claim. System should warn when a duplicate encounter is created in the EHR and the billing, or if a patient cancelled or rescheduled appointment, a claim should not be allowed to be created.

Reasonably good program while I used it. Worthless when I needed help.

Pros

Software works well - a few glitches, but no major troubles.

Cons

I used the software for over a year and found it useful. I then had a practice change and no longer needed to use it, but forgot that it was an "auto renew" payment system. When I was informed it had renewed I contacted the company immediately and was told I was out of luck - that they don't issue refunds. I had to pay them over $700 for a program I no longer used and had no intention to use. Customer service was of no help. Unethical, unreasonable.

very positive. Easy to use, easy to add new patients, easy to troubleshoot

Pros

Feed that shows recent prescriptions written by the practice, ability to see controlled substance fill history, ability to cancel prescriptions from within the platform.

Cons

some medications can't be found via generic name, such as modafanil

Pros

Can use on cell phone, don't have to log into computer. Fast, easy and reliable

Cons

If you get a new phone the customer service will close out your ticket before is set up on new phone.

Pros

I've used about 8 EMR's at this point in my career and I think is the easiest to learn and to navigate overall.

Cons

Customer support is overall slow to resolve issues, but they do get resolved. Prescribing of controlled substances, which we do rarely, is cumbersome and inefficient. They are overall not good at customizing controlleds by state and since state regulations vary widely (ie Pseudoephedrine) they have to create work arounds for certain medication making it more cumbersome.

Terrible when you have a problem after hours or on weekends ds

Pros

Works good when it does. Real issues arise when it stops working as it is designed and you need help to get it back up and running in a timely fashion

Cons

I experienced a bug in the system over a holiday weekend starting at 2 pm Friday afternoon until MOnday Moring. I was hindering in prescribing palliative meds for dying patients all weekend long. Absolutely no response from tech support during this time. When they finally responded via e-mail 72 hours later, they sent me videos that did not address my issues and closed my case. For a service that is vital to medical practice that operates 24/7, I expect competent tech support that I can access 24 7.

I would say minimal bugs and great experience overall.

Pros

I like that its user friendly once you get the hang of it.

Cons

I don't like how the system times out and makes you log in every 15 minutes even if you are still active and using the system. This happens in the middle of a phone call with patients while scheduling or even looking at pts charts while on the phone.

Customer service was great and the demo presented to me was good as well.

Poor to mediocre at best due to the delays in functionality.

Pros

When its working, its great. When its not, it is a barrier to care and your call schesule

Cons

ANYTIME you have a new phone, prepared for waiting days to be functional again. ANYTIME you have an issue, its ALL day to get it fixed. Constant poor customerservice etiquette like: "do you have an email?" YES and its confirmed on your site. Constant- oh I cant fix this part, etc etc

If I had a choice, or a say in our practice using this software, I would change it ASAP.

Pros

The price of the software is better than most, but you get what you pay for.

Cons

The fact that you don't know if it going to work properly when you 'try" to log in. When they update something, 2-5 other things don't work properly.

Pros

The prescribing format is easy to use, add patient info, delete info, and see previous meds prescribed.

Cons

The allergy area needs to be updated. Some of the allergies listed are out of date, and it doesn't allow one to free text an allergy.

I have has for 7 + Years . they have kept up with great improvement. The App could have a bit more ease of use but is very handy when on the road.

Pros

Ease of use is a must and Mobile APP very good. Refills and pharmacy lock up are great.

Cons

They have upgraded so that you can void prescriptions so that was a con that has improved.

Pro: customer support is very responsive. Con: several times emails have been sent with screenshots of the issues and the tech's response is basic user instructions that do not actually resolve the problem and feels condescending. Would rather it take a little longer, do a screen share with the the tech, or whatever it takes to make sure the actual problem is understood by the representative so that they can give a proper resolution the first time. The billing portion of the software is easy to use once it is set up. However, partners with Change Healthcare which can be difficult to communicate with of you are not tech saavy.

Pros

The ease of billing once the product is set up is nice.

Cons

The reporting feature is less user friendly than other software I have used.

I chose this software solely based on a referral from a fellow biller.

The most used features that are used during an eye exam in looking up patient medication history as well as prescribing medications to treat ocular disease. has been shown to be easy, fast, and effective.

Cons

At this time, the two main features that we use in our practice has shown no issues. Therefore, there has not been a con using this product.
