Prescriptions are easy to find and the program generally runs smoothly as an integration to our EHR Cons I find it confusing to go back to the Rx and edit it when mistakes are made. Pros I love the templates for charting which gives me access to the diversity of my patients. Cons The billing portion was complicated but I no longer use that feature. Pros Easy to use, available for mobile use--helps with after hour requests. Cons I cannot get the technical department to contact me. The font in the software is too large and I am unable to see a full prescription in the panels for Pending and Pending Requests from the Pharmacy. They are now telling me I need to contact an IT person because changing the font under settings in my computer does not affect the font in RxNT!!! Need more reasons for voiding a prescription--the ones given sound like the patient is at fault which is often not the case. Way too easy to have two profiles for one patient (when a pharmacy sends in a request vs. when we enter the patient) over a minute discrepancy--i.e., one has listed the home phone and the other has listed the cell phone, but address, name, and birthdate are all the same. Trying to figure out the discrepancy and getting the two files merged is sometimes impossible! Review Source SW Susan W. There are constant changes to the face of the software that can throw me for a loop, but overall it is easy to get the hang of. Pros I absolutely love my E-scribe option. I am easily able to prescribe meds while talking to my patients. Cons Sometimes there are way to many "clicks" to get to a certain function. For instance, when changing the status of a patient's appointment, it takes way to many clicks to get there, especially if I have a note that pops up with every patient I choose. Love escripts. Has made Hospice Nursing so much better than the old way of having to run Dr's down to get written scripts. So much easier to message or call Dr and request they go in and sign script electronically. Cons I wish you could move back in screens without losing all your work. Such as changing the Dr's name later in process as you may have forgotten to at the beginning. May have everything else filled out and ready and then when changing the Dr name you have to start all over. Review Source DP David P. Not too complicated. Includes all the features I am looking for my solo practice. E-Prescribe is very good, even on the app. Practice management is good. Cons Occasionally crashes when notes are not saved. Auto saving notes would be a nice feature and figure out what the bug is that causes this crash at times. Doesn't happen too much though. Pros It is very easy to learn and access. I can easily find the options for each and every screening. I am very glad that till date I did not find any difficulty using this software. I like the most about medication queing which are readily available in the system which made my work very easy. Cons I like the least about today's appointments as it will take time to view or separate the schedule from provider to provider. There are times that it slows down. Cons The pop ups every time I schedule an appointment are very annoying. They only appeared a few months ago. Pros This software made it easy to s nd prescriptions to any pharmacy at any time. This is helpful because patients need their medications fast in a crisis. Cons Sometime the software would run slow or stall. When this happened the information is lost and I would gave to start over.
