Medical provider Hospital & Health Care Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Worst EHR run away" May 29, 2023 1.0 Bad. Pros E prescribing for medications. That’s about it. Cons They will lock you in a 1 year contract without telling you until you try to cancel. They have the worst EMR. It is very old and not user friendly. You can not customize it. If you reach out, they would tell you that it would take weeks. I waited for 8 weeks and my template was still not made. I emailed them to cancel and they said I’m in a contract. I could not use it for my family practice. My advice: find another one. Don’t be fooled with the 4.3 reviews. That’s the mistake I made. Review Source CB Christy B. I would like to see a better user interface. Pros The mobile app is spot on as far as ease of use and functionality. The PC version is sometimes a little buggy. " July 3, 2017 5.0 My sales representative, Kelsey is the best sales professional I have ever worked with. I've been using the prescribing software for many years and Kelsey has always been responsive in a prompt manner and quickly resolved any problems I experienced. Pros The prescribing software is the best I've ever used. The prescribing software is easy to use and very efficient. During the early stages when electronic prescribing became a requirement in my state, my sales representative, Kelsey was instrumental in resolving problems with my token. When my token was not working,, Kelsey quickly made arrangements for another token to be mailed to me. She made sure the process was seamless. Kelsey has always made herself available to answer my questions without having to play phone tag which is what I experienced with other problems vendors. Cons I wish the manual for the medical records portion was more detailed. I am still struggling with finding the time to schedule a tutorial but am so satisfied with the prescribing software that I am determined to schedule a tutorial so I can begin using it fit all of my patients. . Pre-loaded note templates are easy to use. Cons It is glitchy and I feel customer support is slow. There should be a way to real time talk to tech support when the site is not working. I also don’t like that if I click on an open note by a colleague it defaults to my name for signature with no way to change it back. Review Source JR Julli R. Pros Our providers say that it is the easiest they have found when it comes to charting progress notes. They love the option of having check boxes. Cons More steps for the office girls then what they had with practice fushion, was the only con we had. Switched from [Practice Fusion](https://www.capterra.com/p/266915/Practice-Fusion/) One of our providers had used Rxnt at another practice and convinced us it was a much easier EHR to use than Practice Fushion. One login gets you into all three and allows you ease of access. Reports are frequently inaccurate and secondary claims are frequently held up by "claims not being in balance" from primary insurance payments posting.
