We can easily upload our branded files. Pros Our organization appreciated the ease of use but also the metrics for who has opened the letter, clicked on any links and engaged with the newsletter. This helped us figure out our audience and what features had the most impact. November 14, 2025 3.0 Overall mailchimp is easy to use but if you are not sending multiple email chains a month and are maybe sending one every quarter it just isn't worth the cost once you start getting a large amount of contacts. Pros Mailchimp is easy to use from easy import of contacts to easy plug and play templates for creating nice looking marketing emails. It was great as it took away concern about GDPR breaches and made everything easy to manage. The ability to edit the emails and website with ease was fantastic. Cons Once your contact list starts growing, you will also notice an increase in the pricing. So the more contacts you're building, the more money you have to spend, but it worths it though. I had a scary instance recently where another one of my users deleted a whole audience, and support helped me recover everything within 20 minutes. Couldn't be happier. Pros I love how easy it is to design emails and set your audiences. Their "Tags" feature is another one I use all the time. Cons Finding what you are looking for can be cumbersome if you are looking for something a little more particular. However, I have found that what I am looking for is usually always there somewhere. Their help desk is excellent as well, so you never have to be stuck for long.
