I love the comprehensive ability to design and distribute newsletters and emails to our subscribers while also managing and maintaining our subscriber database all in the Mailchimp platform. Pros Flexibility of the platform to allow users to design and distribute emails, newsletters, and maintain/manage subscriber database. They work to improve their functionality and add aesthetic details all the time. Pros Mailchimp makes keeping in contact with my audience SUPER easy. There are also TONS of features I would love to try out but don't have the time for...yet :) Cons I would LOVE to be able to just pull up the platform, type an email in two minutes, and SEND, without having to set up all the background data.
