Everything is grouped in one single place and I could use it quite easily. Pros I am using Mailchimp now since some years for my marketing campaigns, as a CRM and as landing-page builder. The service is very reliable and the free offer allows a rather satisfying use. Cons It can be a little limited compared to other email marketing tools, especially for e-commerce. Not so good for larger businesses due to lack of real automations. I tried it and i was actually really impressed with mailchimp Pros It has a easier dashboard to use and its set up isnt confusing either. The plans arent bad either. Customer support is helpful. Cons I moved on from it. I had so many programs for mail and marketing i lost track of which one i had wanted to keep actually. Pros Mailchimp is really easy to get started with as a consultant, and has simple reporting that I could use to capture a snapshot of campaign performance for my clients. Pros Easy to use and allows us to target our subscribers in a visually appropriate and colourful way. The responses from our target audience are always quick and the stats show the number of opens and clicks on the content which is useful when creating future campaigns. I'm able to create emails quickly. They're very helpful with advice on how to reach more engagement. Pros It's easy to use. I've tried other services to design and send emails with but I always came back to Mailchimp. Cons I wish there were more design features or made easier to insert custom code. We can also strategically target audiences based on the tags we assign them. Pros We tend to have very successful campaigns through Mailchimp. I do like all the additional stats you get and all of the different featurs avaialable. Cons It take a while to figure out the steps involved to launch a campaign and it is not intuitive. Also, how you can not set up an audience from the campaign itself is not great. I think it has gotten too expensive to keep a non e commerce site on the web. Pros It has so many features. It has a lot of features that make it easy to do an e mail campaign, I am new to e commerce, but I have sold on e bay for over twenty years. Cons It is expensive. I think they should have a no charge tier of payment. It is very expensive but I guess if you have a data base of customers then it is worth it. Cons Their pricing policy discourages companies like ours from building and expanding clients. The pricing is predicated on number of contacts so the more contacts you have, the more you pay! Not usage based like how many marketing messages sent! We don't earn revenue by having lots of contacts - we earn revenue when a contact purchases thus when they respond to a marketing message. We shouldn't pay just to store contacts in MailChimp. The automation tools save me tons of time,and I like that it integrates easily with my website. The free plan is great for starting out. Cons The pricing goes up quickly once your list gets bigger or if you need advanced features. Sometimes the automation options feel a bit limited. Support on a free plan is very slow.
