They got a bunch of templates to make all kinds of campaigns for free. Pros Mailchimp was easy to use and get emails headed out to our customer. Customers then had the ease to unsubscribe as needed. Cons They discontinued use with Shopify! November 9, 2024 5.0 I have been using Mailchimp for years to send my monthly email newsletters, recurring automatic article emails, and donation campaigns. Mailchimp makes it easy to segment my audience so I can send different campaigns to different people in my main audience. Pros Mailchimp makes it easy to segment your email audiences and also set up recurring email campaigns. Cons I think Mailchimp could make it easier to use their template design interface. Cons The interface started being slightly complicated to learn, but once you dive into it for a couple of hours, you can get the learning curve. November 18, 2025 3.0 It was easy to set up and create our first campaign in minutes. I'm just not sure that we can make the most of it until we have a larger list of recipients. Therefore a lot of the features feel "too much" and the price is also a lot. Pros It is easy to set up campaigns and view analytics. You can embed the sign-up box into WordPress or SharePoint sites really easily by grabbing the code. Cons We don't have many mailing list users and are starting this journey.
