Mailchimp is the best in business when it comes to email campaigns and emails. It works as it should be and the most important thing to mention is that is easy to use.

Pros

The first thing to mention is that Mailchimp is easy to use, it has an intuitive UI where you can find your way very fast. Importing the contacts was fast and I was ready to start a new campaign in no time. The email builder is another thing that needs to be mentioned, is easy to use and I loved it after first email.

Cons

The cost is not the lowest on the market, but you can say it offers what you need.

My experience was not good. Too difficult to use. BUT, I only used it infrequently so not a real chance to get familiar with it.

Great product to use if this was your full time job

Too convoluted. I found it hard to navigate to the items I really wanted to interact with.

Overall it was a two-sided experience. We liked the application and features but were disappointed by the price and the restrictions. Mailchimp has a very good user experience at the application level but there is too much control on how we want to market our products. Unless they adjust we would not return using their product.

Pros

Mailchimp has a very good GUI. The application is very easy to use and well-designed for email marketers. I enjoyed the pre-made templates and designs. In addition, I was able to use the campaign features that helped me efficiently create email campaigns without any issues.

Cons

Unfortunately, the two main reasons we stopped using Mailchimp were the price and the restrictions that Mailchimp places on affiliate marketers. We were able to find alternative products that allow us to send emails without any limitations or restrictions on volume. While we understand we do not want to send spam messages, we have always felt restricted by the strict Mailchimp requirements. Plus we had no choice but to move on because we have affiliate links throughout our marketing products and using Mailchimp was very restrictive.

Very important tool at my job that was easy to manage and gave good analytics of the whole email marketing. Would definitely recommend.

Pros

I liked the fact that you could completely personalize the emails and the designing was simple and userfriendly. As well, Mailchimp comes with the unsubscribe button that is required by law which was very important. Also, you could see very easy how would it look on the phone.

Cons

At the time, the variety of fonts was limited, therefore the design would not be very personalizable.

Its easy to start using it even if you do not have much experience with email marketing.

Cons

The email design capabilities are solid but not 100% there yet. Being able to set up journeys and bulk edit them would make it so much easier. While segmentation has improved, the in app suggested segments are still very basic.

Its fairly easy to use, affordable, and i love that you can track how many people and who exactly opened the emails.

Pros

How easy it was to design a email with the ready made templates, also iblike tgat features to embed links in buttons and how easy it was to send a email blast.

Cons

It was slightly time consuming to manally put my clients emails in mail chimp, because I couldn't automatically export it from another software platform that wasnt recognized.

My experience with Mailchimp was very positive. I was able to sign up quickly, create a sample campaign, and learn how email marketing works. The tutorials were helpful, and the platform is very beginner-friendly. I think Mailchimp is a great tool for anyone who wants to promote a product, build a brand, or stay in touch with customers

Pros

I liked how easy it is to use, even for beginners in email marketing, as it uses templates that look very professional and simple at the same time. It also allows you to see how many people open your emails, which helps you learn what your audience likes.

Cons

Some of the more advanced tools, like automations and extra integrations, are only available in the paid version. It can also be a little overwhelming at first when you see all the options, especially if you’re brand new to email marketing.

Overall I love Mailchimp and it has really helped me create stunning emails to send out in one mass email. The click map is crucial and helps me to keep my clients happy.

Pros

I am a big fan of mailchimp. I like how easy it is to create beautiful emails, and track who clicked on each link and view a click map, you can send your email out in a social share easily and replicate emails easily. You can start a chat with their customer service at any time, and they will not leave you without solving your problem which I immensely appreciate.

Cons

It took me a long time to realize how to get moving ads inside the email, it has to be a GIF and it can be really tricky to do sizing. They had an update to move campaign manager where you can view all emails, and it's hard to find.

I've used Mailchimp since its early days and it just keeps getting better. The ability to save templates is very useful, and I'm enjoying playing more with the automation side of things. The integrations are useful too, making it easy to include Mailchimp right at the heart of marketing campaigns.

Pros

Easy to set up your own template, or choose from a pre-made one.

Cons

There are lots of options - tags, segments, etc. - so plenty to choose from. This is good and bad; good if you know what you're doing, but it's important to remember how you've set things up so that you can replicate this the next time so that everything makes sense! Lots of help files for this though, which is useful.

I would say it was good overall, but the formatting issue really got under my skin. I would put all this work into it and it would look good on my end, and weird when I sent it out.

Pros

I like how user friendly it is and how the program integrated with other programs. It's a good program!

Cons

I don't like how the text would look normal when I was working on it, but it would look all wonky when I went to send it out. Weird spacing and formatting!
