However, things took a turn when a hired worker added her name to my marketing email account without my knowledge. After she left, I realized the issue, but despite speaking with a representative and sending several emails asking for help, I didn’t receive the support I needed to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, I had to start from scratch with a different platform. It was frustrating because I had invested time into setting everything up, only to be left without a proper solution from Mailchimp. Pros The interface is user-friendly, and it’s easy to get started with email campaigns. Cons Customer support was disappointing when I encountered issues. Those with not as much experience or not as tech savvy will have an easy to time setting up and executing on campaigns. Cons Lack of flexibility, lacks advanced customizability and advanced features. It is very rigid with how it controls users and emails. Does not handle large distribution lists very well.
