Pros It's basic in a way that a non-computer pro can figure out. Cons That there isn't a chat button when I don't know how to make what should be an easy change. I had to give up on a campaign I had almost completed when I couldn't figure out how to change the background color where our company information went in the footer. Your e-mail lists are safely stored, and you can access them anytime. Despite being somewhat fiddly when working with media insert into e-mails, I still highly recommend it over the competition. Pros I would say it is the ease of use, they have really simple interface, and it is very easy to find any feature you want to use. Also, when creating e-mail or any other document you can use various templates with drag and drop functionality. Not to forget option to create mailing lists separated by demographics, interest or behavior. Cons Importing your graphics and images sometimes does not work as you would expect. Either it does not allow you to insert your photo, is wrongly positioned, or you cannot resize it to the correct ratio in the document you create. Review Source sL simon L. All the emails are delivered in the inbox and and never had any issues with it. Pros When it comes to email marketing, Mailchimp is the best software I have used until now. It is easy to use and has a nice user interface. Creating campaigns is very easy and intuitive, and one of the best features is the scheduling of the campaigns. Being one of the most used platform for email marketing, it is very easy to integrate with your website, Wordpress and Elementor has many plugins that help with easy integration. Pros J'utilise Mailchimp pour mes clients Hôteliers depuis 10 ans. Les fonctionnalités n'ont pas vraiment évolué, il faut dire qu'elle donnent satisfaction. Les fonctions d'export csv donnent pleine satisfaction. Cons En 2015, 25000 crédits Mailchimp valait 241€. En 2024 pour la meme somme, on n'a plus que 10000 crédits. Par contre, l'ergonomie cognitive de l'outil est une vraie catastrophe. Mais le plus pitoyable de tout est le support client qui long et incompétent. Donc non je ne recommande cet outil. J'ai fermé 6 de mes 8 comptes comptes pour travailler avec un autre outil. Pros I like the ease of customizations for email automations, campaigns, and create websites. I also liked the contact segmentation options. Cons My least favorite thing about Mailchimp is the learning curve. It was not the most beginner-friendly software but watching YouTube videos helped. It is a set up and forget type of solution. I create an email campaign, schedule it to send, and then review the analytics. There is so much automation built in to help me save time on creating email campaigns. The import/export function for contacts is incredibly easy to use. I have used other email platforms and I have found Mailchimp is that absolute best. Cons I dislike the way Mailchimp counts contacts and charges you for them. You have to pay for unsubscribed or inactive email addresses. I have found a round about way to avoid this but it is a manual task. I need to monitor this closely and make sure we are not paying extra for email addresses we are not sending to. Schedule features like time warp can help you get more opens and clicks 3. Audience and campaign feature is seamless and fast. 4. Drip and campaign setup feature can help you long campaigns on different conditions. Cons 1\. HTML feature in content builder can be better, lack some basic HTML commands like center align, have to use padding for now. 2. Need a relatively better system, tends to hang on slow systems due to its browser consumption.
