The scalability of this tool is awesome, as you can handle much more volumes if needed. Pros Well, Mailchimp is one of the easiest marketing tools I know. The interface is really user-friendly, which makes it easy for businesses of all sizes to create and send email campaigns. It's also possible to integrate it with many other products, which makes it a very good asset in your toolset. Not to mention the automation tools, they are very accessible and help you a lot in your daily work since you don't have to worry about a lot of tasks that will be handled automatically. Cons I believe that, even if quite sufficient for smaller companies, the quality of the analytics features can still be improved, in terms of accuracy and delivery. Cons The one thing I did dislike was the design space when making the newsletters, I wish I was able to add multiple things on one line versus having to create a separate line each time. Cons When they block a campaign and prevent it from being sent, because there is a high rebound rate, and they prevent you from sending a specific list, they do not tell you which emails are preventing their sending, but they catalog them all and manually you must clean to verify which one or more of them were blocking the campaign. I also find it uncomfortable to have to create as many campaigns as mailing lists have, since time is lost and the effectiveness of the simultaneous reception of the information. Pros It is very easy to use for email marketing (natch) and contact management. We don't need very robust features in our CRM anymore, and this basically fits the bill. As an email platform it's great, especially if you don't want any customization or have special needs. Cons There are several places on the website that are very misleading about the feature set. In fact, there have been three different articles I've called support to implement, and none of them are available. Also, it's a subsidiary of Intuit, so you would think it would be a nice integration with Quickbooks Online. It really offers nothing in the way of a helpful integration, and it doesn't offer any way to collect payments or keep track of customers buying patterns. Could be better used if provided analytics on better performance and gave suggestions on improving user engagement in emails would be better.
