Mailchimp is an easy and simple tool that contains elements that make it easy to create emails with multiple beautiful and unique templates in a professional manner. It's also easy to connect my online store with Mailchimp. One of the most important features of Mailchimp is its dedication to working to maintain the quality of the lists to ensure the quality and success of the campaigns we carry out. Also, the possibility of delivering to customers is done via e-mail box on a regular and easy basis

Cons

Mailchimp is good, but the new price updates have become somewhat expensive, and we are limited to using specific templates as well.

MailChimp is easy to use, and give a professional look to first timers. It takes some work to understand how to organize lists, but if you get the hang of it and use it the way it's meant to be used, there's a lot of power there.

Pros

It is so easy to quickly make a good looking email with MailChimp. Their drag-and-drop design method is so user friendly. They give you the ability to touch some of the code if you need to, but if you have no idea how HTML works, you can still pull together a really great looking email on the first try. And it's great for small businesses just getting started b/c you can create forms to put on your website that will put contact info directly into your MailChimp list. And when you're ready to graduate to the next level, you can figure how to integrate with CRM platforms.

Cons

You do have a bit less control. As with anything that's made for first time users, they've stripped out some of the ability to code and customize in favor of their easy to use modules. This isn't a terrible thing, but if you speak HTML and want a lot of control, this might not be the way to go. And there's a little bit of a learning curve to setting up lists and segments. You really need to understand what they are and how MailChimp wants you to use them. If you don't use them they way they're intended to be used, you'll get frustrated. Ex. - MailChimp charges per "person", but if you have the same email address on two different lists, you'll get charged twice. The solution is to work the way MailChimp wants you to work, which is to have some smart segments on a master list. But if you're rigid and really want separate lists, you'll probably pay more then you expect.

It has been great for creating email campaigns monthly or bi-monthly to inform our clients of what’s going on, as well as special events they can book in for. We see a definite increase in bookings after sending emails, and they are well received. They allow us to touch base directly and inform parents. The fact I can duplicate previous emails, makes it easy to template and change accordingly. This software is complementary to our social media work and has been crucial to easily sending mass emails.

Pros

Mailchimp is a one stop for creating attractive and informative email campaigns. There is room for customisation and the ability to incorporate a variety of media and external links. As a small business, it allows us to reach our audience with important and relevant information for day to day information about the company and events, as well as special booking opportunities. It has hugely allowed us to increase bookings and inform our customers.

Cons

I find that the importation of contacts can be difficult and not always clear who is in the list. Customising the email template itself can be clunky and requires a bit of tinkering.

### "Free Mailer! "

This software was able to solve a time management issue, as mentioned above I use to spend hours emailing each and everyone of my customers with new products or information on the company and mailchimp was able to take care of that in minutes! It also helped us get more customers and retain our current ones by automatically sending out invitations to our mailer and Birthday coupons. Overall mailchimp is a great software that each company should use!

Pros

FREE, FREE, FREE that is one of the best thing about this software. Of course there are more enhance features you can pay for and they are definitely worth but for starters great product. I was able to collect and input hundreds of customers emails and contact information, from there I created a mailing list and mailchimp was able to email everyone on that list! It not only saved me time but money as well, instead of spending hours sending out individual emails, I was able to create one mas email and send it to everyone!

Cons

I really did not have any issues with this software, it did everything I expected it to do. Even reminded me about sending follow up emails and birthdays! It helped retain customers

Mailchimp is a widely used product for which you can find integrations to many systems. In Wordpress, there are so many different plugins that support Mailchimp that it is easy to connect with your online store (WooCommerce) and your newsletters. Easy to use and you don't need to be a specialist to get started quickly.

### "For basic email marketing"

I used to be a heavy Mailchimp user, and this was true for years. Now I use it occasionally and mostly for testing purposes. Nowadays, there are similar priced options that are more advanced and that's the main reason I moved most of my business elsewhere. Still, it' a nice basic option for email marketing basics and will recommend it for users starting in email marketing.

Pros

It's easy to use, and well designed. The free tier is good, although not great. For people starting to create a database for basic email marketing, Mailchimp it the go-to option.

Cons

When you start to grow, it gets expensive. Also, if you need more advances functions, Mailchimp is still quite basic. Although they have added some nice options in the last couple of years, it feels like the got stcuked in the past (in functions, not interface).

Reason for choosing Mailchimp

The free tier is good and at the time, it was exactly what I needed it. Plus, it's so easy to use, I was using it on a daily basis in no time.

Pros

Mailchimp makes it easy to code my own emails and send them out rapidly. List management is great so I can easily send to specifics segments on my lists.

Cons

Search function could be better, as well as adding new Tags to multiple addresses to a list.

Pros

Mailchimp is a super easy to use email marketing platform. It's small-business friendly by offering their "freemium" model that allows you have a subscriber list up to a certain number of contacts for free. Once you get to a certain level of subscribers, only then do you need to pay. They have a nice variety of flexible and well-designed templates to choose from that render nicely on all major email platforms. They're even responsive for mobile friendly reading considering over 50% of all email is opened on a mobile device. I like being able to use their WYSIWYG editor in combination with the code view. That way if something gets broken somehow, I can always dig into the code and fix it myself. The email templates they create are also available for download at HTML files. It's really nice they share their code for people to use and learn from. Their basic app allows you to check on your open rate and subscriber list, which is handy. The desktop view has a lot of helpful data that you can look at to understand what your best performing campaigns are. Anytime a small business owner or marketer is looking for an email marketing platform, Mailchimp is always my go-to recommendation!

Cons

They change their interface a lot, which is annoying to have to relearn where different features are after an "update". Sometimes, like with all WYSIWYG editors, the layouts can become broken for whatever reason. You may need to dig into the code view to find unclosed tags or whatever to debug weird formatting that may happen as you're creating your campaigns. I've never tried to do anything fancy with Mailchimp like triggered emails or drip marketing campaigns. Not sure if it's possible with this software. But it's a solid basic email marketing platform.

Overall, the onboarding process and growing into a subscription tier that works for our church and being able to replicate an email makes weekly usage a breeze.

Pros

The most important feature for our church is the Contact management and segmentation tool. We are able to send emails to a group based on engagement and ministry they are a part of.

Cons

The image modification tool always leaves me desiring more because the optimizing graphics tool is weak but still useful.

My overall experience with this service was fantastic. As I have mentioned, at first it's abit confusing. Then you start to get it. And after that you realize how powerful this tool is. Tons of features, tons of abilities to extend them, lots of guides and information about it. Perfect!

Pros

It's quite simple to start to use it, so that's why I recommend Mailchimp even for people who just started working with email marketing. It has fantastic how-to guides and if you need something more, there's a lot of information on YouTube and Google. You can also use third party services to extend Mailchimp's functionality even more (standart functionality is usually enough for me), and it has a free plan. By the way, other plans are quite cheap too.

Cons

The interface at first might seem a bit confusing: lots of buttons and choices. After a few days you'll feel just like at home, so there's nothing to worry about, give it a bit time!

We started with the free level of MailChimp to start growing our e-mail marketing. That list has expanded to over 80,000 active e-mails. We generally send about 3 e-mails a month with helpful information for the subscribers as well as services we provide to help them get their business a step further. It's been a great experience and we love the ability to break the e-mail list up into categories of individuals so we can taylor the marketing to match the customer.

Pros

MailChimp offers a lot of options for marketing their business. I love the fact that you can get started for free. There is a limit to the of e-mails you can send a month under the free plan, but it's enough to get your email marketing started and get some money coming in.

Cons

After a while you need to cull your e-mail list and you can easily remove e-mails from individuals that haven't responded to your marketing. What you can't do is remove the e-mails of individuals who have self selected out. I have had two instances where the individuals have self selected out of the e-mails at a company have been replaced and the new employee wanted to receive can't reactivate the company e-mail.

Definitely had an influx of warm leads from this software. And its ability to give me analytical data on how long the recipient stayed on the page where they clicked anything and other such information was incredibly useful in implementing design changes which ultimately increased are number of successful contact attempts.

Pros

Setting up the mailing lists and scheduling tasks was quite simple with this software. It's easy to see the designers strive to make it intuitive for its clients to help them Reach Out to the maximum number of potential or perspective future clients. I also like that once everything was set it really could be just left alone and somewhat on autopilot.

Cons

What I didn't like about the software was from time to time I noticed that when I had people wishing to be removed from our marketing lists the process of their removal wasn't so seamless. Having to manually find them and reupload the list because from time to time it would include them again and it only takes one customer freaking out about being contacted again to have a issue in the future. Certain businesses or sectors of employment only have to have one employee complain to have a whole business blocked from correspondence even if that business is approved to reach out to them. I haven't used this program in a while because of this and it might be fixed right now. Let me restate that I actually still use the program but not in the same way because of the aforementioned issues.

Overall, Mailchimp is a great place to start an email marketing strategy. It has all the basics you need. However, as your business and list grows, this may not be as sophisticated as you need.

Pros

The free plan of Mailchimp is a great plan to start email marketing because you have up to 2k subscribers and basic features such as automation, sign up forms, and contact management.

Cons

The templates, especially on the free plan, are very limited and unattractive. There are no universal blocks, which means you cannot create one header and use in every template; you either have to copy the HTML or create it anew.

Hace perfecto el trabajo, rápido y efectivo, con muchas opciones a la hora de crear campañas estratégicas de alcance masivo.

Pros

Les puedo certificar que es muy eficiente, efectiva, intuitiva y perfecta para quienes crean contendido estratégico de venta e información a través del email marketing. Mailchimp no solo te da la ventaja de configurar perfectamente tu correo, sino una cantidad de funcionalidades y herramientas a tu disposición para gestionar y automatizar mejor el mensaje que estás enviado. Sumado a eso, me encanta que siempre está en una constante evolución ofreciéndote las últimas novedades del mundo digital. Otro punto a destacar es la excelente gestión y organización que uno puede tener en sus contactos y carga masiva de email que se hace perfecta para uno ir gestionando campañas efectivas y exactas.

Cons

En cuento a cosas no muy positivas que yo podría indicarles de esta plataforma sería que a veces puede que no sea muy intuitiva para aprender a usarla, apenas la estás conociendo. Por otro lado, le faltaría una mejora a la interfaz de creación de contenido.

Stare alla larga . Sono in USA , parlano solo inglese e non ci si capisce . Sono arroganti , in pratica dicono che le loro regole valgono " ALL OVER THE WORLD ". Ma chi si credono di essere ?

Pros

Ho volutamente riportato tutto negativo per segnalare il comportamento INQUALIFICABILE del centro di supporto per le compliances . Dopo quasi 10 anni di invio newsletter con vati tool mi sono sentito dire che le mie mail violerebbero regole di compliance . Tutto questo perche' hanno un robot automatico del quale evidentemente si fidano ciecamente e non entrano nel merito della questione . Noi commercializziamo integratori alimentari e non c'e stato modo di far capire a questi scienziati made in USA che non sono dei farmaci .

Cons

non mi e' piaciuto niente . IL prodotto non sarebbe male , ma eventuali problemi dovrebbero essere notificati in fase di test , non quando hai preparato la newsletter , la lista di distribuzione e ti accordi solo alla fine che il test non va bene al loro robot. Non sono stati in grado di dirmi quale e' la polici che avrei violato o quale e' la parola / parole che a loro avviso violano le loro policies
