Would definitely recommend. Pros I liked the fact that you could completely personalize the emails and the designing was simple and userfriendly. As well, Mailchimp comes with the unsubscribe button that is required by law which was very important. Also, you could see very easy how would it look on the phone. But they don't tell you multiple emails to same recipient cost you. Don't assume any thing Pros I did free trial only. It's straight forward and easy to set up account keep up with which email goes where on the sideboard or dashboard on left side of computer screen Cons The cost is ridiculous because so many others offer same thing free not just a trial but I did like having account and helped but If not careful you'll be charged for emailing same company multiple times it's not just a charge once thing that can take the ach transfer way up in price Review Source JB Joy B. I only used the more basic functions as my organisation was very small, but there were a lot of other features I could have used if I needed to. It was generally easy to use their email editor but there were some funny quirks about it that made it more complicated than necessary in my opinion. I really liked the link checker function which saved me a number of times from using the wrong links! Pros I continue to use Mailchimp because I need a good email system that not only performs well, but offers a modern look. I am now using Mailchimp for my artwork, so it's important that my emails match the design look my clients expect. I like the updated look and feel of the email templates. They're easy to use. However, I can also use the older version of templates as well. Cons At this time, I have no complaints for myself. I do feel that it could offer AI capablility for creating a series of emails on different topics to help people who are new to emails and don't understand how to properly inspire their subscriber's interest.
