I think the billing is flexible and overall it meets all of our needs for email. Cons It has gotten harder to manage accounts and get in after recent security changes with 2FA. Eventually, I heard from so many other marketers from different companies using Mailchimp that I gave Mailchimp a chance. Lo and behold, Mailchimp's deliverability was far and above what I had been able to achieve even with much more expensive email sending tools. If deliverability is subpar, then everything else is a moot point. This is where Mailchimp shines. Pros Deliverability rates are higher than any other tools we've ever used. Pros Mail chimp made creating newsletters, information updates, and general contacts very easy to manage and track. The ability to save templates is very useful, and I'm enjoying playing more with the automation side of things. The integrations are useful too, making it easy to include Mailchimp right at the heart of marketing campaigns. Pros Easy to set up your own template, or choose from a pre-made one. Cons There are lots of options - tags, segments, etc. - so plenty to choose from. This is good and bad; good if you know what you're doing, but it's important to remember how you've set things up so that you can replicate this the next time so that everything makes sense! There are quite a few YouTube videos on how to get your mass emails set up to send to bulk email addresses. Pros What I like most about MailChimp is that I can send the same email for a large amount of business email addresses. The Reporting is great and the templates useful. We're a seasonal, low volume user and the cost is too high for us. We have to pause our account to avoid paying year-round; the -pay-as-you-go option is way too expensive. Pros Easy to understand interface with multiple features and reporting. It works as it should be and the most important thing to mention is that is easy to use. Pros The first thing to mention is that Mailchimp is easy to use, it has an intuitive UI where you can find your way very fast. Importing the contacts was fast and I was ready to start a new campaign in no time. The email builder is another thing that needs to be mentioned, is easy to use and I loved it after first email. Cons The cost is not the lowest on the market, but you can say it offers what you need. Puras comunicaciones formateadas, nadie que respondiera, intentamos comunicarnos con una persona y fue imposible, puras respuestas idiotas y nunca pudimos enviar los mail que pagamos. Este era el tipo de respuesta que nos enviaban por mail: Hola, Gracias por comunicarte con el soporte de Mailchimp. El asunto sobre el que usted se comunica es una consulta relacionada con el cumplimiento. Seré sincero al informarle que Soporte de Producto (mi departamento) no puede ayudarlo con consultas relacionadas con el cumplimiento. Para buscar una resolución, deberá responder al correo electrónico que recibió del departamento de cumplimiento. Trabajan únicamente por correo electrónico. Una vez que responda a su correo electrónico, ellos responderán después de haber revisado su respuesta. Pros No tengo nada bueno que decir. Podría señalar que es fácil de usar pero en realidad lo fue solo al comienzo, al primer problema nos quedamos sin el servicio y perdimos el dinero. Cons PAgamos 700 dolares por un servicio de un año, mucho dinero para nuestra organización, para poder enviar mail a una base de datos de 50.000. Logramos enviar un mail y la cuenta luego se bloqueo. Nunca supimos por qué, las respuestas de bost no decian nada, nunca nos dieron una respuesta, fue imposible comunicarnos con la empresa y perdimos el dinero y la cuenta.
