OnPrintShop customized the program for me, but I went through several paid upgrades to get the product fully functional.

Pros

Very flexible in programming and customization, at little to no cost.

Cons

The out of the box version had a lot of language and functionality of an Indian computer programmer. Took a lot of time to put the program into shape for USA usage.

a lot less manual design and admin as customers can log on and make the changes themselves, which is particularly helpful when its only a name and phone number on a business card!

Pros

its very easy to use, straight forward to show customers and our corporate customers love that we can customise there interface with their logo and colours.

Cons

Our corporate customers use this everyday so with the time difference its hard to speak to technical support when we have issues and questions, and even with new updates we have the same issues reoccurring which is frustrating.

I would say that my experience with OPS has been excellent. We are all committed to the platform, and the OPS team has backed us and supported us all the way.

Pros

OPS has one of the most flexible pricing engines for the print industry. You can practically build and manage any type of product in their system. Their support and dev teams are super responsive, and the system is easy to use and navigate.

Cons

OPS tends to create redundant paths and operations within its system. They are always working on UI/UX, so this is becoming less and less every day.

Pros

We really liked the ease of use—the platform is intuitive and made it simple to set up and manage our projects. We also appreciated the value for the product, offering robust features and quality results at a very reasonable price point.

Cons

There’s a lot to learn, and the training videos aren’t always the easiest or in-depth enough to fully grasp everything. It might be helpful if OnPrintShop offered an online onboarding class to walk through key features that can easily be overlooked.

Pros

The customer support has been very good, especially chat. Our assigned rep, \[sensitive content hidden\] has been very responsive and helpful. We like that there are so many features already built in that specifically with the print industry in mind. We needed an ecommerce platform that could integrate with 4Over. We liked the design tool. We like the templates and the admin.

Cons

We have to do a lot of testign to ensure the site is operating correctly. It can be difficult to test the 4Over integrations and Elavon integrations that we have in place. We have needed to ask support for a lot of help.

Reason for choosing OnPrintShop

Shoppify was not made for the print industry and PrintNow did not have an integration with 4Over.

It would have taken years to develope all of the features we wanted into Wordpress. We felt constrained by the way our admin was set up and our internal admin did not have very much control over the site. We fully relied on a 3rd party software developer to make any changes we needed. he Woocommerce plugin was not built specifically with print in mind. It took us over two years to build and the end product was too simple and not very user-friendly.

Pros

OnPrintShop makes client communication seamless with its intuitive user interface and easy integration with essential systems and applications. The Orders Dashboard is highly comprehensive, allowing me to manage every aspect of an order efficiently. The standout feature, the "Design Studio" tool, offers full customization capabilities for users. Customer and technical support is superb, always available. Together, these features streamline workflows and ensure a smooth, quick production turnaround—an excellent solution for the printing industry.

Cons

There are a few areas that could be improved. For example, the quotation process feels more tailored to communication within the printing industry rather than being customer-friendly for individual clients. Additionally, the back-end settings and store configuration could be more streamlined and organized. Lastly, the back-end guidelines would benefit from more detailed information to help users navigate the system more easily.

Generally very favourable and the Pros far outweigh the Cons, as the value-for-money is just unsurpassed compared to any of their SaaS competitors

Pros

Fantastic value SaaS aimed at the printing industry, albeit it heavily US-centric, which has evolved well over the past few years, and now an a very usable point. The support team are generally extremely helpful and can achieve most of the hundreds of tweaks and improvements - I've requested (many of which have been long-term UI/UX bugs) and for FREE too! Using it every day helps with the back-end Admin side and there is a lot of scope if you know what you're doing... AND what you want from it. After 3 years of updates and continual changes from my end, I've got it to be world-class and on a level with the better known SaaS.

Cons

Has been a long, often frustrating road to get a stable, British/European-centric design ethic and Checkout funnel (until late 2024, it looked and felt like an ugly American-centric set-up\] - took months of back and forth to realise PayPal is not a great API (replaced with STRIPE, which their engineering team had done much more back-end work with). RadixWeb ONprintshop' Support team, whilst generally prompt and extremely helpful, can be quite robotic, stiff and formulaic in their responses (it's always hyper professional though!), and like most NW Indian business culture I've worked with, they'll never tell you when something is / has gone wrong, and will only ever distract and divert one's attention to say that something is fixed once it is. Sometimes it can take 2-3 goes to get right, with the language barrier (English isn't many of the staff's first (written) language\] so actual intentions can get lost in translation. The UI/UX is the ultimate frustrating stress for me personally. Some really obvious things that could benefit everybody are just ignored, put on the so-called "Wish-List" However I've learned to illustrate my often very complicated support tickets (I probably push them more than most of their ONPrintShop clients) with diagrams, screenshots or record video to back up my written text to achieve the best results. One must add quite a bit to their (sometimes frustrating) infrastructure (although most is hosted now on AWS backbone) and be able to program CSS / HTML to get reasonable results from the SaaS, plus bring in third party accounts and infrastructure to the party e.g. Cloudflare CDN (a must!), Stripe, etc.; things just break randomly now and again, but to be fair they usually fix them quickly.

La interface para el cliente es fácil de configurar, lo que permite dar una grata experiencia al usuario muy rápidamente. Al poder habilitar Google Analityc en el backend de la administración puedo tener métricas y números para seguimiento.

Pros

Control total sobre las órdenes de compra, cotizaciones, clientes y procesos en general. Interface muy intuitiva y facil de gestionar. Eficiente y simple.

Cons

El soporte requiere saber del idioma ingles, pero no es relevante, tiene opciones de soporte en Chile para el habla hispana.

user friendly... as an administrator, it is very user friendly and easier to alter or place any product insertions..... the pre-loaded templates with relevancy is awesome and we are able to find most of the jobbers used to download our images for designing

Cons

still some graphics would have been included which would have given smoother transition looks .... this optionality absence has led us to implement the software nearly an year as we could not find a proper web designer... rest all the platform is awesome

We've been very pleased that their customer support team listens to our feedback, communicates it to the developers and those concerns/wishes are often addressed in the next update.

Cons

Manage all the printer needs for web to printing. Workflow management give us the exact status of the job when you have different work department.

As any company, there are some areas they can perfect but they speedily reply and they listen to your suggestions. I am excited about growing with them. Chetan, is a great service member and always goes out of his way to find us an answer to our questions. I look forward to future upgrades, as they are continually developing the product. Pros

What I liked most was the Design Studio integrated into the platform; with it, I hope it will help us conquer the B2C market more easily.

Cons

What I liked least was the price, as it's an expensive platform for the Brazilian market. But perhaps that's a good thing, since it's only for a select few.

The product is great. they help you get a fully functioning ecommerce print shop up and running. Their customer support is spot on. They are always available to help when needed.

Cons

Set up did take longer than expected, but I think that I'm more to blame for this than they are. I was a bit slow getting them the information they need to get going.

The product is great and the people at OnPrintShop are so supportive. We ask a question and get an answer in no time at all. They are so professional and friendly. The system is highly configurable, which I appreciate. We integrate with 4over using their product, and it has been seamless so far. So glad we found them!

Pros

I love the ease of using the software. But, mostly, we LOVE the customer support. They are amazing. We get fast responses that are thorough and thoughtful. Not your typical chatbot or copy/paste responses. You can tell that real humans are supporting you!

Cons

A little bit of a learning curve but not bad. I think with any software program, it has to be implemented correctly to work well. So, it took us a little bit of time. But, if I'm being honest, most of that was us dragging our feet because we had so many irons in the fire! These guys are amazing.
