Great overall experience! Again customer service was top notch. Still learning the system but the Manager dashboard (being able to log in as a "leader") was a life saver!

Pros

The customer service and support was excellent! I received answers to my questions quickly and was providing the guidance I needed.

Cons

We had a lot of feedback from our leaders on the concern of it timing out while they were on a page writing up a review. This caused a lot of headache with losing information they were entering. This feedback was shared previously with our customer service agents we have been partnered with. We did implement the fail safe of drafting the review on a word document and then entering it to help from losing the information.

Pros

The features of the product, the breadth of services, and the customer support.

Cons

It takes a while to get it set up and running smoothly, but my organization is very complex so to some degree it was to be expected. But again the customer support to work through these challenges has been great.

Great team. I cannot brag enough on this team. I have had a handful of panic moments. The response time has been great. They are so understanding and incredibly knowledgeable.

Pros

I like the option to create multiple competency models. And then tie them to job titles. It's a lot of work, but incredibly effective.

Cons

Not a lot. I think if we could simplify the appraisal process, that could be helpful. It's possible to just have too many options.

My overall experience with this tool is very nice. It is providing me all the feature which are required.

Pros

I have been using this application since last 6 months. It is best as compared to other tools available in market . It provide very easy and most unique interface through we can handle all our task. It is very accurate in calculations. Also it is cheap as compared to other tool which are available in market.

Cons

As of now I do not across any drawback of this tool.

Overall the Bullseye Engagement system is a great tool for our organization. We use it for our bi-weekly check-in's which is crucial for the success of our employees.

Pros

This software provides ease of use which is critical when you introduce a new system to your staff.

Cons

Truthfully, there was nothing on the Bullseye end that I do not like about the software.

It is a robust software with the best customer service team you could ask for.

Pros

This solution offers numerous features that cover all aspects of performance management. The customer service/support team will go above and beyond to make the implementation process and training very easy. They are very responsive and always do more than I expect. The software can be customized to meet your organization's needs.

Cons

It took a little bit of time to learn where to go to complete specific tasks within the system, but once we learned it, it was fine.

Overall, it is a well thought-out system with only minor bugs here and there.

Pros

Many of the systems are fairly intuitive. Information is easy to find and does well to manage talent over the course of a longer time period. There is some ability to modify and the support team does well to receive input.

Cons

Some options don't work, the tutorial videos don't quite cover everything and there are a few items that make little sense (notifications that don't link to content / comment and communication pages that are hard to get to)

Great customer service, friendly we would get a reply by email or putting in a ticket within the same day or next day.

Pros

It's a user friendly software that has tutorial videos if your not sure how to use a feature etc.. I loved this!! and also that is has multiple feature on what you can do with Bullseye.

Cons

That not all features had the tutorial videos but overall they were alot of help.
