Pros: Well overall Teleopti WFM solution is a good solution to cover all areas of Workforce management and provide you end to end solution along with complete in depth reporting with supporting all type of graphs visibility etc.

Cons: Teleopti WFM is a good tool but if we talk about specially for forecasting module it's not incorporating all fields like human intelligence and other assumption you can not enter separately , only you can add 1 value of any percentage fo rthat you need to use excel so while going out of solution its not feasible.

Overall: overall i am happy with Teleopti WFM solution except forecasting solution

Pros: The ability to monitor agents adherence to their shifts

The ability to group different department to check on agents shifts

The ability to make trades within the platform

The ease of the app to communicate with workforce offsite

Cons: Not able to prompt WFM of absenteeism

There is no filter button once the shift times are seen

When select week view unable to see the staff position only when on the day view option.

I am the WFM for my company and use Teleopti on a daily basis for many purposes.

Pros: The ease of scheduling is great. I can work out shifts for people and do rotations to meet our business needs. It's clean and easy to view and understand.

Cons: Our company is smaller, and because of that, our call volumes are much lower than other companies. Due to this, the forecasting capability is not super accurate. It comes close, but it could definitely be better.

Pros: The ability to see and compare schedules in multiple views.

Cons: It's not that easy to learn or use. Features are not easily accessible through one menu.

Overall: Honestly I wished my company used a different software. This one does not integrate well if at all with other programs.

Comments: I use the Teleopti WFM software to manage schedules and help with forecasting for our company. We are a smaller company, but we have enough people to merit the use. For the most part, the tool is helpful and accomplishes the tasks set before me. There are few things here and there that would be better, but overall, it is a good tool. The service desk does a good job at responding, however, I have had a couple issues that couldn't really be resolved because the system doesn't function the way I want it to. Perhaps that is just a challenge to work around the problems.
