### "A perfect Call Center Tool"

As a Customer Manager, I regularly use this software and it successfully leverages the expectations against the deliverables. I can easily track the KPIs/Performance of my team members. Overall, this application ensures more productivity in the call center platform.

Pros

Teleopti WFM is a widely accepted and very convenient software. Roster inputting, shift planning, shift swapping, automated adherence and handling time calculation etc are the most prominent features of Teleopti.

Cons

I do not see anything least against Teleopti WFM.

### "An Honest Employee Review about TELEOPTI"

Pros

The overall performance of this platform is superb. Its easy to navigate from, the prompts are useful and it's accessible for employees even outside office premises. A big help for both WFM and the teammates. Since it makes schedule management reliable, accurate and time relevant.

Cons

One enhancement that we hoped was available was that you can directly interact with WFM and view the tickets regarding disputes about overtime and undertime. Since it's managed on a different platform it's quite confusing when it comes to monitoring.

Honestly I wished my company used a different software. This one does not integrate well if at all with other programs.

Pros

The ability to see and compare schedules in multiple views.

Cons

It's not that easy to learn or use. Features are not easily accessible through one menu.

We use Teleopti for managing our customer service department. The performance measurement has been very easy and convenient for us. Even our agents like this application as it allows them swap for their preferred shifts. Its a good software indeed.

Pros

Teleopti is very easy to use and it enables the business to plan the work force's schedule. Scheduling the office days and timing as well as the breaks arrangement are the basic features of this application. In addition to these, shift swapping feature, adherence measurement and attendance calculation are very useful features of Teleopti.

Cons

I have been using Teleopti with satisfaction and do not have anything negative about it.

Teleopti is used to track agents schedule. Agents are able to submit vacation request, shift trades or absent via the app. The app is also available on all mobile devices as such agents can check their schedule from home.

Pros

Teleopti is a very simple and easy to use software. It allows agent keep track of their attendance. Agents are able to submit shift trade amongst each other and also submit their absent without the need to call WFM. It reporting feature is very simple and detailed it breaks down all the different codes agents were coded as such as NCNS, SICK PAID, SICK UNPAID etc

Cons

There is nothing about Teleopti that i dislike. Its an awesome software

### "Shifts made simple!"

Pros

It is visually appealing and easy to use. Staff can clearly see their shifts and the shifts of their colleagues, along with helpful colour coded categories and simple navigation to other features such as requesting PTO or a shift swap.I have never seen shifts presented in such an easy to read way.

Cons

Very few cons. Notifications are easily missed if something changes to your shift so perhaps some kind of email or notification that remains until closed could help.

overall i am happy with Teleopti WFM solution except forecasting solution

Pros

Well overall Teleopti WFM solution is a good solution to cover all areas of Workforce management and provide you end to end solution along with complete in depth reporting with supporting all type of graphs visibility etc.

Cons

Teleopti WFM is a good tool but if we talk about specially for forecasting module it's not incorporating all fields like human intelligence and other assumption you can not enter separately , only you can add 1 value of any percentage fo rthat you need to use excel so while going out of solution its not feasible.

The experience is very good, I learn a lot from using Teleopti it brings out the best in you in terms of schedule adherence it also has enhanced my work ethic. It teaches me to be on time for work or calling in if I’m sick so it can be updated to my schedule.

Pros

Peace of mind when logging in to view your work schedule you can trade shifts with team members. And request days off ahead of time.

Cons

Latency issue can occurs sometimes but that doesn’t happen very frequent but when it does it’s kind of annoying.

I love that Teleopti provides you with a widget to remind you of when you have upcoming activities. It's very helpful when I am busy with other things.

Cons

Sometimes the widget doesn't update correctly which causes confusion for me as far as knowing what to follow.

The ability to monitor agents adherence to their shifts The ability to group different department to check on agents shifts The ability to make trades within the platform The ease of the app to communicate with workforce offsite

Cons

Not able to prompt WFM of absenteeism There is no filter button once the shift times are seen When select week view unable to see the staff position only when on the day view option.

Overall, I really liked teleopti. Everyone on our team was on the same page when it came to the timeframes of scheduling because it was so easy to keep track of.

Pros

Teleopti is so easy to use. It's the best time management software I have used so far. It's easy to do time adjustments if need be, look up schedules, and keep track of adherence.

Cons

My least favorite thing is also one of my favorite things. You can keep track of everything down to the seconds, which can be frustrating at times.

Pros

The ease of scheduling is great. I can work out shifts for people and do rotations to meet our business needs. It's clean and easy to view and understand.

Cons

Our company is smaller, and because of that, our call volumes are much lower than other companies. Due to this, the forecasting capability is not super accurate. It comes close, but it could definitely be better.

Pros

I like the way is simple to get reports exported and makes me save a lot of time. Incredible visibility of tools.

Cons

I would like to have more time to review and learn all in reference to Teleopti. I need a 26 hours day!

I use the Teleopti WFM software to manage schedules and help with forecasting for our company. We are a smaller company, but we have enough people to merit the use. For the most part, the tool is helpful and accomplishes the tasks set before me. There are few things here and there that would be better, but overall, it is a good tool. The service desk does a good job at responding, however, I have had a couple issues that couldn't really be resolved because the system doesn't function the way I want it to. Perhaps that is just a challenge to work around the problems.

Pros

This is a good software to see my schedule including lunch and break times. Has the ability to request days off and see any discrepancy in time.

Cons

It does not update very quickly when there is a discrepancy in time and can cause issues that need to be fixed.
