There was also no option to include tasks for forms to jobs. All of which i need. **Pros:** I like the fact that the peogram has a calendar and your able to add customers details whwn booking services **Cons:** I disnt like the fact that i wasnt able to have users or employee update their availability. Director Computer Software, 1-10 employees Used the software for: 1-2 years ** Overall Rating 1.0 ** Ease of Use 2.0 Customer Service 2.0 Features 1.0 Value for Money 1.0 Reviewer Source Source: Capterra October 6, 2025 "Deal Breaker - No way to accurately track advertising conversions" **Pros:** Servicem8 has some great features like online booking, text message reminders, managing jobs with staff, etc. **Cons:** If you run Google Ads, the platform currently only allows adding a Google Analytics tag on the booking form. This is not enough to track lead attribution. Without proper conversion tracking, we cannot optimise campaigns, which means advertising spend is essentially being wasted. At a minimum, you should support Google Tag Manager (GTM) or provide a way to implement end-to-end conversion tracking. Without this, businesses cannot measure ROI or make data-driven marketing decisions. Please prioritise adding GTM or an equivalent solution, without it, this product isn’t viable for serious advertisers.
