I also can export just about any information I need to an Excel spreadsheet/CSV file. Cons It still feels little bit of a work in progress. Reporting is another great feature, can pull custom reports across projects and programs. Cons The solution can be better integrated with other down the road products like subscription management and invoicing. Although we used Mavenlink with Intuit but it was not the best integration. I could not get anyone on the phone to walk me through some simple steps. It takes hours of sorting through you tube videos to possibly see if i can accomplish what I need, or coresponding with someone via chat which was painfully inefficient. Many of these projects have over 500 tasks in each! The UI is intuitive and now we can communicate and visualize the lifecycle of each project and track progress. We used to do all this using Google office products and now that we transitioned everything to Mavenlink, we can operate so much more efficiently! Our team is so happy to have made the switch to Mavenlink. The sales and support team have been outstanding. Greg and Alex spent the time to demo the product and answer all our questions. They didn't need to give us a "hard sell" as the product speaks for itself! Pros The gantt charts, the UI, the way we can collaborate and see the health of all our projects. Does have some hidden features (like approving time) that requires the proper set up to display. Would be nice to be grayed out and a note you need more set up. Would like to import Gantt directly without having to use a complete template set up. Our internal staff and client workload had increased rapidly, and we were in need of an all-in-one product that would build and strengthen our processes. After evaluating several solutions, we found Mavenlink to be the best fit for our team. The immediate transition to Mavenlink was predictably bumpy over the first month (due to staff adoption), but Mavenlink's robust yet user-friendly (and Facebook-like) interface helped everyone catch on within weeks. Plus, Jacquie Smith (our account manager) really helped us plan for the roll out. We went from a company with no internal workflows to one with defined processes that have really helped expedite project set up and campaign tasks, while creating team bandwidth too.
