Great collaboration tool which makes everything easier with Google Apps integration. Overall, it includes most of the features I really need and it allows to cover about 90% of my needs. The other 10% there is always a way to solve it, but we will be waiting for future updates, since they seem to be including more awesome updates. Mavenlink seems to have a good blend of many things I've been looking for Pros mobile friendly, good team integration, project history, task scheduling/management) and some things I haven't even thought about (like quickbooks integration) Cons Still hoping they will add a few more abilities, but this solution still seems to be the best option out there. It has endless amounts of functionality. Cons After my first tour of the system I was a little overwhelmed.
