Cons Well they have a nice feature called Zoho tasks, Zoho People tasks. It would be nice that it can be synced with Zoho Projects so the field workers and the light users can easily manage their tasks from one app, not two. Getting a support is bit lengthy process and you will be stuck if you want help in some urgency. Pros Zoho people has intuitive design and it's easy to use. It has both app and web version for admin as well as for employees. Cons Attendance is a bare minimum feature in any HRMS, yet it's not provided with basic plan in Zoho people. Time Attendance with geo fencing capabilities and now they have even introduced ai into the app,that really makes things easier. Leave management is also top notch,nothing like having to manually keep record of staff leave in the past and present.Not flly explored the staff performance module,well we are getting there gradually. Reliability,price and affordability is why we chose zoho and no regrets on that,oh i forgot to mention the customer service is also top notch.They respond alsmot immediately to questions and enquiries Pros It perfectly aligns with the reason why we wanted the software.
