We were relying on excel to do tracking, could only use the previous system to handle leave despite the huge sums we had subscribed to. When we explored the market, we found several alternatives but the customer service was not that great and finally we got our solution. Pros We went for Zoho because of performance management, attendance tracking, team collaboration, organisation target view as well as cost savings. We were able to do nearly 95% of the setup without even going to the Zoho team because the tutorials as well as videos are easy to understand. The customer service is also great when it comes to having negotiations and this made it more better compared to our previous provider. The app is really amazing. we can create tasks do follow up check in remotely and also send messages company wide on alerts so it is awesome. Cons The only problem we had was with Zia, the ai they used which does not have a history section to refer to past conversations. The settings are also taking some doing but once you get the hang of it it becomes easy. Pros Zoho People is a complete HRMS Solution that paired with all relevant Zoho Apps makes it a powerful platform at a fraction of the cost of more mainstream solutions. It has great security features and top level trustworthiness in the market. Customer support is superb across the Zoho platform. Great employee management features and very easy to use. Also, Zoho People can be paired with Zoho's Payroll and Procurement solutions for a seamless complete solution. So far I have not encountered any bugs and issues to report. The fact that the manual to set up is readily available and the workflow to set up your account is very clear is a plus for me. The geo restriction feature in the attendance was the game changer for us in our organization. Pros I like the fact that it is user friendly and easy to set up. And even when you hit a wall, the support team is readily available to provide aid. This was a very investment and it has really helped us streamline our HR processes.
