It has great security features and top level trustworthiness in the market. Customer support is superb across the Zoho platform. Great employee management features and very easy to use. Also, Zoho People can be paired with Zoho's Payroll and Procurement solutions for a seamless complete solution. So far I have not encountered any bugs and issues to report. Cons As a Non-Profit organization, I have not found a way to manage voluntary workers. Not an issue for FTEs dependent employers. And even when you hit a wall, the support team is readily available to provide aid. This was a very investment and it has really helped us streamline our HR processes.
