It has helped us move away from manual HR processes and spreadsheets and shift to a more structured and organized system. Daily HR tasks are now faster, more accurate, and much easier to manage. It has improved transparency, reduced errors, and saved a lot of administrative time. We are very satisfied with the system and would confidently recommend Zoho People to organizations looking for a reliable and easy-to-use HR solution. Pros What I like most about Zoho People is how simple yet powerful it is. It has made our HR work much easier by bringing everything into one place — attendance, leave, employee records, approvals, and reports. The system is very flexible, and we were able to customize it based on our internal processes, which was a big plus. The interface is clean and easy to understand, even for staff who are not very tech-savvy. Integration with other Zoho products is smooth, which helps us manage operations more efficiently. Their customer support team is also responsive and supportive whenever we need help. Cons The initial setup takes some time, especially when you want to customize workflows properly. Zoho People could do everything I asked for and then some. If you are a nontechnical founder, you may have some trouble with it. Just outsource and get it done. Pros The amount of automations available. Once I hired a consultant to help, they were able to mind map my thoughts and bring them to life in Zoho People. Cons The setup of the automations. It was very confusing at first and overwhelming as I had never used Zoho People before. I was able to hire a consultant to help me build out my first automations, but that was an unexpected cost in addition to the monthly platform fee.
