Pros: One of the positive aspects of Hotels Online (HOL) is that search is quite broad. Dates, card identity, room type, number of guests, etc. As an Online system is always updating information and changes can be logged at the hotel. Help hotel owners and managers to forecast sales and rooms occupied for a cut of determined time. When you learn to handle is made simple and quite manageable.

Cons: When comes to this reservation system to store the information it presents in my opinion little logical. Usually a booking is made, is recorded and then print. In this case it is not so. It should be aware of print before submit a reservation, because once it is registered, it disappears from system option to print and then already you can not do it. For my uncomfortable is this detail that seems simple, but there are many times that reserves are recorded non-printed by this particular method.

Overall: A reservation system may be a concern for owners and hotel owners. Which reservation system can choose to ensure you the presentation and sale of housing services you offer? This can be a momentous decision. The important thing is that each reservation system conforms to characteristics specific. The Hotels Online (HOL) could be one more, but it's not, because to be an online system your data are current and can be the determining factor for the client to choose specific hotel.
