Easy to use never had any issues. I like the fact that you can add a picture. I been with Bamboo since 2023

Visually appealing and easy to navigate. I like that with one-on-one performance reviews, you don't see the other person's comments until after you have both submitted your answers.

Cons

Once when I went back into a PDF that I saved as draft, it doesn't load back up properly at first (I could see the typing boxes but not the other contents of the PDF). However, it loaded up again after a couple of refreshes.

overall, my experience has been exceptional and has been so easy to navigate as this is my first time using bamboo HR

Pros

It's easy to use, communication is amazing, very much recommend to all companies hesitant on using this platform within their company!

Cons

So far, I have not had a negative experience and have not come across something I don't like about Bamboo HR.

Overall, my experience with BambooHR is positive. They keep their users informed and they seek regular feedback on their products. I am excited to see how BambooHR continues to evolve.

Pros

BambooHR is easy to use from all levels - employee to HR. The interface is clear and simple, but still provides all functions needed to manage employee information. BambooHR listens to their users and regularly makes updates to improve the system.

Cons

The Job Posting section does have a few limitations - limited sorting/filtering options in the hiring section. However, as mentioned, BambooHR does listen to their users and they have made other improvements to the hiring section in the past.

Pros

Ease of Use, a great value for your money, the customer support is the best, payroll and small business management is easy with BambooHR.

Cons

Least is the cost, it's kind of high for a small business not unlike my small business. I paint art alot.

Overall, I like the tool. It covers most of the features and functionality I need, and I haven't encountered any issues or errors so far, which is great. One area for improvement would be the availability of training materials and documentation. Having more onboarding resources, guides, or tutorials would make it easier to learn the platform and take full advantage of its features.

Pros

Easy to use with an intuitive, user-friendly interface. It covers most of the features a small business needs, including recruitment and hiring processes. It is also a cost-effective solution, making it a great fit for smaller businesses.

Cons

I couldn't find any publicly available user manuals or onboarding materials. I would love the opportunity to learn more about the tool and explore its features before making a commitment, but it doesn't seem like there is a way to do that currently. It would be helpful if prospective users had access to documentation, tutorials, or a demo environment to better evaluate the platform.

Positive experience overall. Again, it's very easy to use with submitting time off requests, reviewing company holidays and celebrations.

Pros

Very easy to use especially submitting time off requests and reviewing all the information I need for my role.

Cons

Having to use google authenticator for every log in. I also have trouble logging in using my phone rather than using the web.

Pros

A great tool for hr departments to handle employee data and hiring process management. It also organises the documents very well.

Cons

It needs to add more features like AI assistants to track documents and hiring processes faster and more efficiently to increase productivity.
