A bulk of reports are great and I love the search ability to make sure the reports capture the information you need. Cons I wish the program would sync with our accounting software or create a simpler report for each payroll run that we could just import into our system. It has a lot to offer and is very informative. Pros Bamboo HR is a wonderful tool. It has a ton of useful tools that are very easy to find and use. Its great to keep up with your available hrs. It is a great source of communication I especially love the feature where you can submit IT request. You can also keep up with everyone that joins our MAU team. Cons While BambooHR is very user-friendly, there are a few areas where the platform could improve. The layout makes sense and data is easy to find. Pros I love looking at the calendar to get a quick idea of who is on vacation, both on my team and within the company at large. Easy to parse through payroll documents, and also easy to see who on my company is OOO. I've also used it to view job postings in the past and have found it easy to use there as well. Cons There's not much that I can think of, if anything at all. I like how when I log in that everything I am typically trying to look for is already visible on the initial dashboard. Prior to the subscription changes, it was nice to only pay for what we needed. Pros BambooHR was so easy to use, had robust features for recruitment and onboarding, and payroll integration was great. Cons The only downside to BambooHR was the recent subscription changes. The new subscription tiers came with an increase of price and we were unable to keep the subscription we had, resulting in needing to find a different system due to the cost increase not being feasible for our small business. Having a central communication hub is very convenient, especially for a remote team. Pros This is a really easy product to use. It is very user friendly. I never have any trouble finding which sections of the site I need to use. Cons There really isn't anything that I dislike about it. I also have an eye for visual aestehtics, so I appreciate the layout and the color pairings within the platform. Cons I have not come across things I do not like yet. Its a sleek platform thats secure and easy to navigate. Only a few things need tweaking in my opinion. Pros I like that it's very user friendly and easy to navigate. It's also very secure which is nice knowing my information is protected. Cons The layout of the website with scrolling can be a little tricky.
