The product is one of the simplest product we have used and it gives absolutely great performance in Web browser. Little issues with mobile app we have faced. Pros 1\. Extremely easy and sorted interface experience. 2. Managing HR onboarding documents, digital signature, leave management and counts are all super helpful. 3. High in performance and simplified product. 4. Compatible in both web and mobile version. Cons 1\. Very limited to its Dashboard option and no customization is availabile in Dashboard as well. 2. Simple but complex at the same time. Really user friendly and has the majority of features you could want. Pros Very simple to use while still providing the necessary features needed for successful time keeping and payroll processing. Cons There could be a few more features available, such as an easier way to add one time deductions into the payroll transaction, as well as updating employee information a little easier. Pros Very user friendly. I was able to correct errors and update at anytime and calculated my hours for me. Very user-friendly even for the newest of employees to the company. Pros It's VERY easy to navigate, find and use tools! I know where to go to find my Time sheet, PTO requests, love that it has some of my log-in info! Cons I wish it saved ALL of my log-ins for carriers- we have so many. I would definitely recommend over tools such as ADP or Paylocity. I like their color scheme and font choices as well; it was easy on the eyes. Pros \-The user interface is easy to navigate. -It's easy to tell how much time off I have used throughout the year and what I have left to use, instead of trying to manually calculate. -I like how they have the option to use the platform as a place to record performance and goals. No need to log onto another platform. -I like that there's a company directory so that I can find the names of people I need to talk to, rather then relying on Microsoft Outlook's finnicky contact cards. Cons \-I don't like that there's a way to see who is out of the office and when for the whole company. This seems like an invasion of privacy and it should be limited to those who work in your team. -I think the file organization could be better. I had a slew of documents I signed when on-boarding, but I could not find all of them again in the platform once I officially joined the company. Review Source AL Amy L. The HR-related functionalities are great. Time-off management becomes a breeze. Pros I like the org chart a lot, it makes it easy to navigate and find people in different teams, who they reports to, etc. Cons The Documents tab could use a bit more organisations, with tags or some way that I could arrange documents into categories for my own. Also the PTO approval portion was great for individuals but I wish you could see the entire company or they provide a calendar that shows who is off each day so we do not have to use outlook. The document storage and signature process is flawless. They also have a great search functionality that lets you search for employees and see their profile, job responsibilities etc. It was really helpful when I was new at the company Cons My only thing is related to time off, a shared calendar for the entire company would be ideal. Its very user friendly and simple and straightforward Pros It’s slowing becoming a very easy to use all in one software (HR, payroll, time tracking, training, performance management, etc) Cons I think there are some small things here and there that I come across, like being able to capture more than 5 signatures on a signed doc. Managing holidays / out of office etc is simple enough, and the ability to pull who's out into an ical that you can load into Outlook is very helpful. Cons The recruitment side of things just isn't fully featured enough. Managing candidates with any kind of volume etc just isn't practical and you'll need to look for another solution.
