I also like that I can automate onboarding for employees and look up info on employees quickly. Cons The price is very cost prohibitive for a small business. We fluctuate between 10-18 employees and due to our industry we have high turnover. The company recently switched us to a new plan (about 30% higher in cost) without notice. Would love it even more if I could do employee scheduling (we are not a 9-5 workplace and have multiple shifts for staff).
