While I’ve occasionally run into issues with pages not loading, overall it’s been a convenient and reliable tool.

Pros

What I like most about is how easy it is to use as an employee. Requesting time off is simple, and I can quickly see my remaining vacation hours without confusion. It’s also convenient to sign and review documents in one place. I like being able to check who’s out on specific days, which helps with planning work and staying organized.

Cons

Il est vrai que est très facile à prendre en main, mais l’intégration à certaines applications n'est pas aussi facile que d’autres. À HubSpot et Slack, c’est compliqué par rapport à la suite Microsoft.

My experience with has been a positive one and I look forward to continuing to use their product. They have made employee management extremely simple and it's great for tracking time.

Pros

Well thought out and developed product that allows for integrations that fully automate the entire lifecycle process for a company's employees. It provides a suite of capabilities that allow companies manage employees.

Cons

There's not much I dislike about to be honest, it does a good job of what it says it can do. It would be nice if it provided a direct means of attaching to active directory so that you could completely funnel the user lifecycle without an integration

It is good, and I'm sure they will add more features in the coming days. They should add options to store personal company documents at one place so that we can access from every where.

Pros

Tracking Leaves and company employee details whether they are working or who is on off on a given day has become very simple and it also great to verify other job info and perfonal info like tracking birth days.

Cons

I don't see any Cons as of now, but it would be great if they can add calendar support and provide more options to track events and send notifications for the bookmarked events. OR search employees based on experience or technical skills etc

What I like most is how user-friendly the platform is. Everything is easy to find, and the interface is clean and straightforward. It simplifies processes like employee data management, time-off tracking, which saves a lot of time. It’s also easy for new users to get comfortable with quickly.

Cons

The main limitation I’ve noticed is around visibility after submitting items for management approval. The sent inbox could be enhanced with better notifications or status tracking, making it easier to follow up and confirm whether actions have been reviewed or approved.

I love , and I've recommended it to a few clients. The support team is excellent and replies very fast.

Pros

All information related to employees, including payroll, benefits, assets, and training, can be found in one place.

Cons

I don't like that sometimes it is not very intuitive when it comes to changing employees' information; it feels like you have to make different steps to have the information to show up in payroll, and I sometimes have to reach out to support for that.

Implementation was smooth. Adoption rate is 99% and all of our staff have enjoyed the software and capabilities to manage their own information. Performance reviews were never a breeze, but I got all reviews done within 3 months - which would normally take about 10 months, with constant pushback from my managers.

Pros

The platform is very user friendly. That we're able to customize the platform colors and company logo, helps make it feel more like an extension of our company.

Cons

Not a con necessarily, I just wish that was more like a PEO. We love the platform and really wish we didn't have to use multiple platforms to handle our HR tasks.

Bamboo HR gives very good platform for the recognition and communication other than just payroll. It shows different tabs showing the performance, training, personal details, job related updates.

Pros

I like the features where we have employee recognitions and new employee introduction. I like the different tab like personal, job related details, time off screen, i like the online training.

Cons

I think the format/ look of the Bamboo HR is little outdated. It seems as if its old fashioned. i would like to same details with different format.

Pros

has been very easy to navigate and use due to its straightforward interface. The layout is logical, and it provides a useful tool for seeing who will be out of work.

Cons

Can be a bit outdated and clunky to use, although that’s largely a generational preference. It would help if you could easily flip between languages since my Portuguese employees ask for help.

Pros

Once you get to know the system a bit, it's relatively easy to navigate. Straightforward UI and a good solution for smaller companies with smaller budgets.

Cons

Not a robust UI and at times could be challenging to navigate trickier tasks. Given it's for companies with a smaller need set, it's limited in it's scope.

They have great support and even when I have trouble it usually ends up with a good result. Overall, I'd say we are very happy with it.

Pros

They added some great features as far as their time sheet goes and tracking hours. The setup is still easy and support is great.

Cons

I still have a little trouble getting reports to report on what I want it to. Also, with all the upgrades, their pricing has gone up.

After seeing and moving on to other platforms, I wish we had back. It was far easier to use than previous platforms and platforms we moved on to and then on from them. Maybe it's time to go back!

Pros

The ease of use, the ability as admin to see an agent/employee's view to make sure we gave the right access to them, the reporting, the ability to onboard and get what we needed signed before starting.

Cons

The support of an actual CS rep for our account. Once we got through the implementation (you don't know what you don't know and can't ask questions until you use the product for a while), our rep was gone, hard to get responses and left with frustration when there were questions.

It was been very good. The software is more robust than our small business needs. Support is helpful, they do a great job of creating training videos and updating with new features. I do recommend this to others. Will continue use as long as the pricing stays competitive for small business.

Pros

It streamlines the hiring process with integration with Ziprecruiter and Indeed. I also like that I can automate onboarding for employees and look up info on employees quickly.

Cons

The price is very cost prohibitive for a small business. We fluctuate between 10-18 employees and due to our industry we have high turnover. The company recently switched us to a new plan (about 30% higher in cost) without notice. Would love it even more if I could do employee scheduling (we are not a 9-5 workplace and have multiple shifts for staff). Additionally would love chat and communication features vs relying on integrations.

Pros

What I love most about bamboo HR was help personal, the software adhere to your company even something as small as the colour scheme and your company logo. That definitely means a lot to small business owners like me.

Cons

There’s not much to dislike about bamboo HR however one thing that I didn’t like too much was the implementation time. It took a little long to get fully implemented however it was worth the wait.

Sometime the screen will lag or the screen will just constantly spin with a blank white page when Bamboo is down or doing an update. Sometimes the notifications on Bamboo don't show or the do but don't go away right away in the "inbox" field.
