Working with the off-time page is helpful and communicates well, on that helps me visually see the work I am putting in. My payroll is visible and helpful when it comes to weekly budgeting. Cons I struggle to find notifications. When I get sent paperwork to sign, it's really difficult to find. I have to search through my email, because it is way more difficult within the browser. Pros Bamboo HR is an easy to use, SaaS based HR platform that we use for managing candidate process and potential new hires, Employee information such as payroll, internal staff reviews, holidays and sickness. It is an easy and intuitive system to use and the mobile app is equally as user-friendly. Cons There is not anything that I dislike about however, one thing our organisation still needs to do, is to make more use of BambooHR by integrating it with other systems such as our IT service desk system and creating more automations for new hires and leavers, which we are working on currently. Pros it seems to be very intuitive and easy to navigate interface. Very simple for anyone really to use without a huge learning curbe. It has employee data management, time off tracking and performance management. It also allows staff to access and manage their own information hence reducing hr's workload. it also can easily be used with other apps and platforms and offers integrations. Cons pricing is expensive with the upfront cost. It also requires add-ons and it is less robuts than dedicated payroll solutions. The customization I also find is limited. I find that if the companies are large, other systems are better suited than fit their needs than Bamboo HR. Pros We thought the backend/admin user interface was very easy to navigate and didnt require alot of training to be able to use the prgram efficiently.
