Also easy to book holidays and view your remaining holiday allowance at a glance, as well as seeing what other members of your team have overlapping leaves. Company updates are communicated well on the home page/dashboard, making it easy to see what's going on in the organisation. Cons The process of viewing what holidays/leaves you've taken can be a little clunky - the default view is to show them as a list of dates rather than viewing them on a calendar, which would make reading when they are easier. While there are some limitations in customization and reporting, overall it has been a reliable and valuable tool. Pros What I liked most was how easy it made HR processes without feeling bloated. The interface is intuitive, onboarding and employee record management are straightforward, and payroll/time-off workflows save a lot of admin time. For a small business, having HR, payroll, and hiring in one system was a big advantage. Their applicant tracking and job posting tools also made recruiting more organized. Customer support was responsive when issues came up, and the platform generally felt designed to reduce manual work rather than add complexity. The biggest strength was probably the balance between simplicity and functionality. Cons What I liked least was that can feel limited once you need more customization or complexity. Reporting can be basic, some workflows feel rigid, and the applicant tracking system can feel too lightweight if you do a lot of recruiting. Several users also mention scalability can become an issue as teams grow, and some support experiences have been inconsistent. Cons I'm not sure the way your holiday entitlement is displayed is as good as it could be. Where you have requested holiday, which has not yet been approved you are still shown the total amount of holiday available, even when you select calculate. This is misleading.
