As I said, I'm a big fan of having an all in one hub for all things related to my job. I think birthdays and anniversaries are a nice touch as well. It would be cool if I could set a reminder or notifications for certain colleagues, like X has a birthday/anniversary coming up, or even if they have taken leave ? (although I know that could be problematic). Pros I like that it's an all in one hub for all things work related. For example I like being able to view incoming colleagues, my payroll, contract changes etc. Cons I think the UX could use a bit of a refresh. There are a lot of features but most just seem to live on the home page. I almost wouldn't know ALL of the things Bamboo has to offer if I don't go and search through the home page myself. Cons Because of the ease of use, there are limitations to how customizable the system can be. Time Off accruals is a good example. There also needs to be more integration with major health insurance providers. A bulk of reports are great and I love the search ability to make sure the reports capture the information you need. Cons I wish the program would sync with our accounting software or create a simpler report for each payroll run that we could just import into our system. It has a lot to offer and is very informative. Pros Bamboo HR is a wonderful tool. It has a ton of useful tools that are very easy to find and use. Its great to keep up with your available hrs. It is a great source of communication I especially love the feature where you can submit IT request. You can also keep up with everyone that joins our MAU team.
