Pros: Once setup this solution can replace all those spreadsheet and paper files that you are using to manage your HR. Great for remote employees. Central place for management to see notes about employees. If your into Traction or the Rockefeller habits then you will love how this system compliments.

Cons: Its going to require some time up front on setup to get your system where you want it. Any really good software I have worked with lets you customize it to your needs. This is one of them but you will have to treat this like any other system implementation and think about how it will affect your current processes.

Overall: Take the time on the setup side. Put someone in charge of setting up your forms and did into some of the features like the Goal setting and career planning.

Pros: This is a great alternative to the very pricy HRM's. It's very easy to implement and is extremely user friendly. The real strenght is in the performance management, and employee engagement area. Built in succession planning, development plans and writing assistant help managers become more effective.

Cons: No payroll at this time, however the reportwriter does have a payroll export feature, and a third party integration tool is now incorporated into the product.

Overall: For a new company, they have come a long way. Great features and functions that are normally on found in the top tier sofware providers. The service is excellent and responsive. I highly recommend this product.

Pros: Well thought out.... Technology flows well throughout the site.

Cons: Lots of data to import. Be prepared to be sure your spreadsheets and data are correct... Doing the work up front rather than raw data entry is important

Overall: like the product.... recommending it to our CPA firm clients and other computer resellers. WE Use it daily.

Pros: The system works well, it is inclusive and fairly easy to use

Cons: Would be nice if other softwares could be implemented. If we are using separate applications, they cannot read each other which makes our information in separate places.
