Amazing. Love the Staff and training process. No complaints.

Pros

It's been an amazing experience with Network For Good. We experienced immediate positive impact. You're more organized, have more data to track, and our donations are at an all time high. This is only 6 months, so we're excited and optimistic about the future with Network For Good on our side.

Cons

Nada. Everything is great, really. We'll I wish I could talk to my coach more, it's been a few months.

I have had the best experience from all the CRM companies I was shopping around for. NFG were so understanding with any questions I had when it came down to comparing NFG over their competitor.

Pros

Besides NFG being super user-friendly I also like that all the features are included with the price of the platform. There's no hidden cost.

Cons

There's nothing I don't like about NFG so far.

Reason for choosing Bonterra Network for Good

I choose NFG because I felt they were the better fit when it cam down to what our non-profit was looking for. They have the most user-friendly platform and the best costumer service.

It was great! I am looking forward to utilizing it again this year for our annual event!

Pros

I was added on, by my team, to help manage our annual fundraiser. I was a little overwhelmed at first but there was so much in terms of education and support to help me navigate the system. I felt that it was a very easy program to use and if I ever had an issue the support team was accessible and able to explain/answer any of my questions very quickly! We were able to keep track of RSVPs, send information to guests, and setup an online auction. The auction had so many amazing features and our guests could easily access it. The program did an excellent job of promoting our sponsors and we were able to easily adjust information if/when things were altered. We are able to keep track of all of the financials and use that information for future events.

Cons

I remember that there was a little confusion with our raffle. We weren't able to process a winner without reaching out to someone from Network for Good to do it manually. In the big scheme of things it wasn't a big deal. It just would have been even easier if we had been able to just do it on our end.

Our small non profit was looking for a program that helping us manage our donations/contacts/and communication all with one system. We were also looking for something that could grow with us as we expanded our base.

Pros

Network for Good has been extremely easy to learn and navigate in the 90 days we've been using it. The on ramping and ongoing customer service has been excellent as well. Their entire staff have extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Cons

Its a bit on the pricey side of the donor management programs I researched especially when you expand your donor base and move to the next tier of pricing.

Honestly, it was \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] that sold me on Network for Good. He was patient with me answering all my questions. He walked alongside me and then handed me off to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN \] who did the same thing. It's been a great experience working with Network for Good so far.

The overall benefit has been wonderful!

Pros

This software has helped us to take a more unified and concise approach to communications, donor management, and donation management. Before, we had a decent plan, but all of our information was stored in various places. When we hired a new leaders, this was a difficult process for her to follow. By transitioning to this product, we have a user friendly process that includes the book keeper, the Executive Director Assistance and our Creative Lead for campaigns.

Cons

We do not have an issues with the software at the time.

We migrated to Network for Good from a robust "industry standard" platform. Not only did we gain the cloud functionality and syncing between donor and campaign management, but we are also organically improving our data, simply through the lessons we are learning by using a state-of-the-art solution. We have had excellent customer support at every step of the way, from the initial sales calls to data preparation and migration to continuing support and beyond.

Pros

Even though there are things that require getting used to (which would be the case with any new platform), migrating to Network for Good has been a relatively seamless, painless, and enjoyable process, and the company is regularly making improvements to platform functionality based on client feedback. Network for Good's donor and campaign management systems already have excellent functionalities, are both very easy to use, and the interfaces are simple, big, bright, and pleasing to the eye.

Cons

Since the platform is created as a "one size fits all" package for all of Network for Good's clients, our organization has less control over relationship and reporting mechanisms. This would be an issue with any Software as a Service solution, and isn't a criticism of Network for Good or its software. In fact, Network for Good has been enthusiastic and nimble in working with us to implement adjustments that address our legacy donor management issues that resulted from migrating data from our previous platform.

Salsa CRM has been one of the easiest transitions to a new tool that I've ever experienced. From the very beginning, we were supported and guided through preparing our data for the conversion, connected with staff to train us on how to make the most of the features. After we implemented the tool, the wide variety of support and training materials has made getting the answer to any question incredibly easy. Salsa CRM gives you all the functionality of an expensive system at an affordable rate. This is the third organization I've worked for using Salsa and the second that I've led the transition from a different system.

Pros

It is easy to use and intuitive. The ability to create processes for cultivation and other engagement activities is invaluable and makes managing a growing team of fundraisers far easier.

Cons

Salsa CRM being a newer product that was based on the DonorPro platform, the manual wasn't immediately updated to reflect the online, cloud-based product.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN EXTREMELY BENEFICIAL.

Pros

We love the feature and the professionalism of the product. Since using Network for Good’s software donors take us more seriously. The onboarding is a MUST to be successful in the implementation of the software doe your organization. Here’s A Tip: If you are camera shy let that go take it from us or donors and member LOVE the videos. JUST DO IT!!

Cons

The only CON I have with the software is the price. We thought it was a bit pricey, but we do not see how we can go without it, so we are strategically making sure when it’s time to register we are ready. Save Up and JUSY DO IT! Plus with each donation check there is also the opportunity to apply for a grant.

Reason for choosing Bonterra Network for Good

The contact \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] (we cannot remember his last name) was extremely persistent and answered all of our questions and eliminated our hesitation. THANK YOU.

My experience with Network for Good has been very good and their software has allowed us to connect easily and more often with our donor base.

Pros

I love the ease of use. The help files are great and the customer service is outstanding if I can't find the answer to my question on my own. I love how everything is integrated into everything else. I also like the analytics, especially on the email blasts.

Cons

There are a few little quirks that I don't particularly care for, but I can work around those.

It seemed to be easier to use and did more of what we needed than the other products we looked at.

The initial sales appointment was fantastic. The salesperson really put in the work to prove how amazing this product was/is.

Cons

The customer service was terrible. I attempted to get ACH payments for the WHOLE year. I cancelled as soon as the contract was up.

NfG staff are always prompt in their responses to questions and always pleasant to work with.

Pros

NfG reports each donation both daily and monthly. It's easy to get a read on all our donations for a period of time. NfG has improved ease of setting up events pages. Network for Good is out "go to" place to set up donation and event pages.

Cons

That donations are not always shown immediately in the listing of donors.

We had heard only good things about Network for Good and it's easy for donors and potential donors to give via Network for Good.

Pros

I like that they are able to brand your donation page to you. Years ago we used another option that was obviously sending you away from our website. No branding or anything - just a way to donate. Network for Good kept the donor in our world, giving the donation page the look and feel of our website. Their customer service is great and they are always ready to assist. I am a one-person development/fundraising shop, so I wish I had more time to explore all the options they make available. They reach out on a regular basis to inform me of new or better options - I just don't always have the time to really investigate.

Cons

I may be behind the times, but my only con is all the information that you have to complete to make a donation. This is more on me than them - finding the time to explore all the options available and if there are updated versions that are simpler.

I have been using Salsa (formerly DonorPro) for about 2 years. The system is easy to use and allows us to segment donors, easily pull reports and capture essential information to complete donor profiles. We also use the Event Management module - while a little cumbersome at first, this module allows us to extract the data in a more efficient manner when soliciting and prospecting for future events.

Pros

Ease of use. You can select the modules you wish to use - we don't need them all. I like the fact that Constant Contact is connected - less data entry errors when capturing info. Support services are good.

Cons

Running queries - this aspect is not intuitive to me. I often find myself asking colleagues or the help desk for assistance.

Pros

In today's world outstanding customer service backed with a genuine desire to improve is hard to find. The software is easy to use and learn as a new user, but when it's not there is someone standing by ready to help. When the software can't perform as you wish, there are people listening and working to improve the software. I couldn't ask for more effort from the people working behind the scenes to make this program exactly what we needed.

Cons

Although I know they are working on improving the event side of their software, I found the program insufficient for one of our events, which is a running race. I think network for good can be as good as other race programs, they just aren't set up for an event that needs details on age classes, birthdates and assigns bibs.

I have been using the tool for over a year now and I really appreciate the fact that I can keep up with donors in very creative ways. It gives me many options to communicate and keep donors up to date. Our donors appreciate our communication a lot more.

Pros

The many innovative features and ease in using the tools. The platform makes communication with donors easy and a lot of fun.

Cons

I do not really have anything I do not like about the product. I need to find a way to get all our donors giving through it. Some still prefer sending checks through the mail.

I decided after talking to some representatives. They had time to present the tool and explain how it worked. The fact that there was going to be assistance along the way and some orientation was helpful. Besides going through the presentation showed me it met my needs and much more.

Pros

The NFG platform allowed our organization to consolidate its donor information, tracking and communications all in one place. Using it has helped us get a better grasp on how our donors are engaging with us and allows us to target and customize communications.

Cons

Some of the email design component is a bit clunky and cumbersome to use.
