Pros I think their biggest pro would be their customer service. They are quick to respond and they are patient with my ignorance of the product. July 13, 2018 4.0 Pros Salsa Equips constituents with digital marketing, peer-to-peer fundraising and advocacy tools. Bottom line, there is no limit to how one can share an organization's cause! Also, the automated communications allow you to develop sets of tasks that help you engage with constituents. This is extremely helpful when developing relationships with our givers (who doesn't appreciate a timely response to a gift?). Cons Salsa CRM is expensive. She takes a dry and usually difficult subject/product and makes it easy to understand, implement and put into practical use. Cons Sync between DonorPro & Convio not as easy as we were led to believe at time of purchase. I really like the business intelligence dashboard with the DonorProGo version. Real-time information is right there for you. You don't have to be a Crystal reports expert to run reports and get the information you need. The tech support at DonorPro is great. They get back to you quickly and in easy to understand non-techie terms. Cons There is nothing I like least. It's a great tool, and I don't have anything that I dislike about it. Email integration between google and the data base to have important conversations readily at hand. Donation pages, event and peer-to-peer will revolutionize our fundraising. Unlimited users is big enough to allow for lots of helpers. This is a wonderful tool to help our collaboration of non-profits work together more efficiently! Pros The comprehensiveness of the software and how wonderfully integrated it is...from donor information to email blasts. It is so easy to get started and to learn to use. I love the ease of creating and editing reports. Having reports for our Board quickly is important, and Salsa CRM gives me the opportunity to make and create what I need with ease. Pros Very easy to use and doesn't seem too complicated. The support team is always helpful and quick to respond. That has been very helpful. Our donations tracking has been very beneficial. The volunteers using the NFG program have been pleased Pros The customer service is phenomenal. All questions are answered in a timely manner. Cons Because we are a very small group, none of which are savvy with programs such as these, there were some initial struggles on the learning and integration curve. Because Network for Good's donor database is new, the functionality is still not super robust, but it meets our needs and the team has been receptive and responsive to feedback and have already added features we've requested since we've been using it for the past several months. We are happy with what we've been able to do with the system to have better control of our donor data without overwhelming our staff with endless fields and options.
