Though we don't utilize all of DonorPro's capabilities, it definitely meets the needs of our office in terms of documenting patient info and interactions as well as donation processing. They ask for user feedback, have donor pro user sessions and are very open to suggestions on how to make the product better. We have seen features that we have suggested and ask for implemented within the next release. Customer service is very quick to respond and is always very personal. Pros We chose Salsa first and foremost because it is tremendously economical. Secondary factors include its ease of use and the opportunities for customization.
