Search functionality is really well designed as well. Cons There wasn't much I have to complain about with T24! It was a little tricky to learn but that is often the case when faced with a new program or system. It really is quite well designed. We spend a lot of time figuring out and pushing buttons trying to figure out what went wrong. During implementation, they took forever getting our cases worked through.
