They changed to subscription and made the old software that you owned not work charging the customer $27 per month for the same product. Pros Customer support showing little empathy over the time spent on trying to fix a problem they had created. Cons 1st October 2026. The program won't open to send customers receipts. Emailed support being out of business hours. Emailed customers saying the receipt will be a few days while fixing program issue. Spent 2 hours re-downloading, repairing and activating codes but still saying licence has expired when still current. When and played tennis to burn off the anger this has caused. I have very basic needs to ensure my BAS and PAYG are completed each quarter and find it works perfectly for that. I now need to educate myself on invoicing, keeping track of client payments and how to make the process easier. That is on me as the user, as I am sure the program does all of that. Pros I just want to give a HUGE shout out to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] who (very patiently) navigated this IT gumby through the installation and migration process.
