When you 'purchased' something you should own it. **Cons:** 1\. Too long to get support 2. I would urge everyone NOT to buy this program. 3. I have paid $465.00 per year for the past two years, that is $930.00. I have just received a renewal notification for another $465.00. WHAT !!!!!!! I rang C.F.M. to advise them that our business has now closed down due to COVID-19 and that I don't want to renew for 12 more months BUT I do need access TO MY DATA, to be able to complete all Financials etc. TO MY SHOCK I was informed if I didn't renew another $465.00 that they would give me TWO DAYS GRACE after the due renewal. 4. DO NOT BUY THIS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, IT WILL END UP COSTING YOU MORE THAN SOME OF THE BEST FINANCIAL PROGRAMS. IT IS A JOKE. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH.
