The initial decision gave me a lot of comfort and confidence that Latitude was going to be able to be a suitable and reliable LMS provider. The reliable communication, friendly service and overall professionalism of the Latitude team verifies my decision that Latitude was a good choice. I like the user interface. It's very easy to enroll in courses and customize the interface. Cons Very complicated in uploading SCORM packages. So far things seem easy enough to follow. This is a bit of a pre-use review. But so far I am impressed. Pros the scale of "how likely are you to recommend this product didnt seem to register and so my answer is 8-10. I already have recommended it to several people. Pros: I have two companies .. For sure the ease of use and cost (none) for companies like mine one (GBCIL) of which is under 10 people for most of the year, 19 at highest ever, and the other has 3. I also really appreciate this site as GBCIL is a highly regulated company and the government as well as safety organizations require proof of all training. It easily accepts my Captivate files and plays them exactly as intended. Thanks to the trial. Pros It's so easy to use. The interface is clean and it's easy to navigate through without prior training. Everything is pretty much self-explanatory. I never experienced any downtime that might have interrupted my experience or my learners. Cons The price is a little off our team budget.
