Cons There is not an easy way to change the flow of an end user to streamline their experience. I would like more of a check box setup where you could select the fields in the menu that would display for a user type. I like that it's free for up to 100 users, so nice choice for small organizations, non-profits, personal use. Cons It's both overly simplified AND overly complicated, to the point it's kind of a hassle to try and get it to do what I want it to do.
